You should pipe an assortment of roses using plaster and then use those as casts to make silicone molds. Would still have your signature handmade roses while cutting the time down drastically, and eco-friendly since you won't need any of your other supplies!

Wow, that's such a pretty soap. It looks Victorian to me. I had a calico fabric back in the late 80s/early 90s that looked very much like this, from Joann fabrics.
So many soap makers make such beautiful works of art. I wish I could get them in a more permanent form. I'm not sure anything can be layered and moulded and cut the same way soap can though. I
I use the same recipe but I make them a few days before. Yes I let the batter thicken up to the right consistency. I do not add any fragrance to my flower batter. It will thicken up too fast.
