Outro: Chopin - Nocturne in C Sharp Minor No. 20
Hello, I'm Rousseau, I make piano covers of classical and pop songs with a reactive visualizer. New videos every Monday and Thursday!

Poland. 1831. Crushed after the November Uprising - a rebellion against the Russian Empire - failed. Chopin - who was currently resettleing to Paris - would never return to his homeland again. This piece happened to appear around this same time period (which we have nicknamed the "Revolutionary Etude"), but like the rest of his pieces did not bear a name outside of Etude Op. 10 No. 12. It did not need a name to express the emotion that Chopin - and Poland - was feeling at the time. Enjoy ♥
Rousseau Could you cover Freedom Dive?
You can actually read this while its playing and it would make sense

THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR FINALLY DOING REVOLUTIONARY!!! ^_^ definitely the most powerful yet moving piece he ever did...

I had reverse situation
I was 10 years old. I decided to open up my music book that came with my piano and I found this song. I entered the corresponding song number and I listened to it thinking "one day I'm going to play this". I'm 18 and after months of practice I have successfully played 4 measures. Progress.

My late father was a trained classical pianist. In addition to working full-time for the government, his full-time side hustle was teaching piano at his wonderful classical music school for over 22 years. Chopin's Revolutionary Etude was one of his signature pieces. I love the energy of this piece. I loved watching my dad's finger dexterity and his passion emote from the beautiful fast-paced tempo. Mr. Park does great justice to the piece. Thinking about my dad, and listening to this performance is both humbling and comforting. Thank you for posting.
This piece makes me also remember about my dad. He loved piano, he always tried to learn, so I played the left hand and moved his right hand, in a couple of bars, so he could sense the feeling of reproducing the beautiful melody :)

Amazing piece. The fact that Chopin wrote this about a revolution that happened in his home country, that the side he supported lost, and he was never able to return, you can feel the frustration in every note. Incredible. Bravissimo to the pianist. Amazing.

It must be so awesome to be at some social gathering and everybody is like chatting and having fun. There is a piano in the room, and someone asks if anyone can play a song. Then u sit down at the piano in a casual way, and u start playing this song. I believe everybody would just stop talking and turn their head in disbelief. What an incredible talent u have, I cannot imagine the countless hours u have spent in front of the piano to be able to play like this. It is very very impressive! Would leave me speechless for sure!!

2:10 - 2:30 is my favorite section of this whole song. The somber news. The mixed feeling of relief and melancholic reflection of the recent struggle (the first 2/3rds of the song). The feeling that the struggle might be finally over. That one could end on a happy note, until… BOOM the final, fatal blow at the end.

You dont need to say more
I am not saying that to play smart or smth, I only do that because English is not my native language either and I did (and probably still do) some grammar mistakes. So: it is just faster not more faster, and if you are gonna use more then you dont add the "er" at the end. As I said I just wanna help not play smart or smth
road to 500 lbs squat, I think it was meant like “faster than faster” that’s why it’s “more faster”, it’s like exaggerating the situation adding “more”, but, yeah, grammatically it’d be 100% wrong, but in this situation it’s still acceptable ‘cause of bein’ humor. P.S. I’m American, Mexican and German so I’m pretty sure people sometimes use that.
