Hello Hevetican. Thanks for tuning in. I would always say that practicing this groove slowly is the best way to learn the coordination required to play it seamlessly!
Also, try isolating all the limbs!
For example:
1: Start with only the kick pattern and the right hand pattern
2: Play only kick pattern and left hand pattern
3: Play left hand AND right hand pattern but without the kick pattern
4: Put it all together and it should be easier for you
5: Practice with a metronome
