I love the part about self exploration and questioning yourself. Many times along my journey I've found that not knowing the time has actually brought more anxiety. So I would question myself "why is it not acceptable to be awake at say, 3am?" The answer was always the same, I was scared of being awake, scared that I wouldn't sleep, and scared of feeling anxious. So I would try to find something nice to do in these moments. I realised it's only our perception of being up at 3am that causes the trouble. There's nothing else there, just fear of not sleeping.

Hang in there Brie, and check Insomnia insight 365 which explains Swiss awakenings and also the unrefreshing sleep playlist in the description of any new video, I think those will help much.
