  • Here is a service guide Video for Oneup Components dropper posts. In the video is the V2 version of the dropper. The V1 version is the same procedure.
This is a very easy job, and there is no reason why you shouldn't regularly maintain your posts to keep them fresh. In the video, I will go over what I believe is the easiest way to remove the post from a bike. I then service it and install it back onto the bike.
As always, if you have any questions, let me know

Used this today to install the V2.1 SKF seal kit. Used your older video last time I serviced my post, so worthwhile refreshing the video, now you’ve got your setup. Better not having to remove the saddle/cartridge etc like the OneUp instructions.
    Thanks 👍

Super glad to hear that the video workout out for you. I just finished recording a service video for the V3 version of this dropper post. It'll probably be uploaded within the next couple of weeks. Thank you very much for the comment 👍

It makes me very glad to hear the videos are informative for you, and thank you for such a gracious comment.
The reverb AXS is a super post, but I highly recommend that you check it regularly. Not fully service it, but every 100 hours or so of use, open it up and check the bushings. They have a coating on them that wears inconsistently. The quicker you catch this, the better off you will be. Also, use SRAM butter or equivalent on the bushing and pins. IMO, rockshox really needs to revise their recommendation of using dynamic grease on this post. I just came across yet another reverb axs, 2 weeks ago, with a failed bushing, and the dynamic grease turned into a hard clay-type paste. The post had low hours on it, and the person who owned it stated that it started working differently out of nowhere.
The above is the only way I can be sure that you will fully enjoy that excellent post for years to come. 👍

Well, unlike me anymore, it's long, hard, pops up instantly, and needs some good effort to go back down. I call that the good ol days! 😁The big question is, why did I end the service part of the video with "She's done" 🤔
Thanks for watching the video. If you have any questions let me know. I'll be posting a Oneup V3 service video soon if that might be of interest to you,
