    PJ explains how to use the Roll-Down Bar to mimic rowing and paddling motions, activating the core, stabilizers, and posterior chain. This push-pull pattern can be progressed by adding in a side bend and rotation, as PJ shows in the video.

    I'm flabbergasted Stott, I'm sorry, I mean Merrithew has so much for free now on youtube. I used to spend so much money on their VHS and Dvds bc you couldn't find ANYTHING for free anywhere. I should have checked in a long time ago. I love PJ.❤

    What about kayaking? And what if you don't have a pole with those hooks, how can we do these exercises?
