  • A full body reformer Pilates workout that will get your heart rate up and your muscles shaking as we move through some challenging arm, core and leg exercises. I offer you progressions throughout so you can choose the level you want to push yourself at. You can do this workout without props if you dont have dumbbells or a Pilates ball.
