GIRRRRRRRL...I thought you were trying to kill me but let me tell you, thanks to you I'm amazed at how far along I've come in my journey...the move with the feet in the air w/leg clams...I initially said no way but I tried it and I did it!!!! On both legs!!!! All thanks to you!!! And guess what? I've had both my hips replaced (yrs of kickboxing + OA). My arms are getting strong enough to support these moves. @MrsRivera777 The pilates days are full body for the most part, the 3 strength days are splits...lower, upper, full body..similar to the 3-2-1 program.
As a med student and an extremely anxious person, I can say that your pilates classes changed everything to me! I finally lost weight, got more flexible and my lung capasity increased, your guiding through each exercise and preparing all these classes for free helped me a lot. Thank you so much! 😭💕💕
Week 1 complete and I used 10lbs today. Proud of everyone who has completed as well. Your workouts interest me to the degree that I actually look forward to the workouts. I feel the soreness but it's nothing extreme like after a workout in a gym when you can barely move your body lol. I cant thank you enough. ❤🙏🏾

Hello thank you 🙏 I film 2 workouts a week which I count as my workout. And 1 times a week I will do some isolated glute work with heavier dumbbells. I only started that few months ago and haven’t been too consistent haha. But I would say eating pretty well and being active walking a lot is how I stay in shape

Was such a great all body workout - loved the warm up, the core using a ball where possible and even managed 3kg in the leg work minus the curtesy so I just do a pulse. Beautiful stretches & of course my favourite spinal twists. The music was perfect too, ❤👍👌🤩💪🔥🙏 definitely one to repeat
Work on pelvic disassociation where you roll the hips towards you by flattening your back into the mat then rolling hip bones away to create a fav between lower back and mat.

What does unravel your hips gently towards the floor mean?
@@itsallgood5595 to roll through your spine and allow your hips to gently rest on the mat
How about roll the hips towards you? What does that mean? Cause my hips were not rolling
Work on pelvic disassociation where you roll the hips towards you by flattening your back into the mat then rolling hip bones away to create a fav between lower back and mat.
Try my foundation class if you are unsure how to do this as I break it down a bit more. X
