The one thing that concerns me with factor is the saturated fat content. Almost all of their meals are close to 100% of DV meaning if you're eating multiple per day, you're far exceeding your daily recommended value. I think this is due to the fact that a lot of their meals use heavy cream. Now I know that not all saturated fats are bad, but still seems concerning from a nutrition standpoint.
I'm so excited for the Keto Poblano bowl and the Jalapeño Popper Burger. Proud of you girl! Thank you so much for sharing and I cannot wait to get my meals!
I liked the Jalapeño Popper burger. Not too hot at all and the Beef is quality, the whole meal is a 4.5 for me. I can't wait for my chickens picatta /balsamic and vodka to come......next week is going to be my best box ever....Lol
It’s dependent on each person! My goal right now is 2000 because I’m more satiated and I’m still losing weight! Eventually I want to be able to eat more calories because I love food 😋 Regarding the sodium, it’s funny because it’s actually less sodium than I’m used to! I think all other foods are too salty now.
@@laurynfromtheLABwith the sodium it’s really just making sure you’re drinking enough water too, it’s not something to worry too much about as long as your water intake is good
Almost every Factor review says the meals need seasoning. Do you not own salt and pepper? They don't over salt their food which is the right way to go. Season it yourself. Good grief.
Even at restaurants they have condiments and salt and pepper on the table because they cant over salt due to people's health, people always find something to complain about smh
@@laurynfromtheLAB not you, love your review im talking about people in comments from all the reviews I watched on RUclips, thanks for the honest review.
I agree with your comment. I’ve order factor more than a few time, and I didn’t need to add any seasonings unless I wanted hot sauce on something specific. It doesn’t need to come full of salt.
I’m thinking about trying these , thanks very much for the reviews.

Nutrition Facts is outrageous for the big dill chicken-it's similar to the frozen food aisle entrees!
Have you reached out to a nutritionist on your caloric needs? Some people may need different values! Definitely keep looking out before you order
“It says squash but I feel it’s zucchini.” Zucchini is a squash.
The meals with the dipping sauce. What do I do with that, do I take it out or keep those little cups inside when I microwave?
Hi Keith, I open up the corner and pull out the cup when it says to do so!
@@laurynfromtheLAB heating the cup is not needed then?
@@keithsy3181 nope! It tells you to remove it basically 99% of the time, and I can’t recall once when it told me to keep it in
I like my Factor meals. I feel they have a lot of spice and flavor but not a lot of salt which is good for me
Chicken Parm!!🤤
😋
You don't have to eat a bunch of calories in a day. 🤦
That's a lot of sodium 🙄😭

Not really a lot of sodium for one meal

I do, but people want honest reviews about the meals and if on the go, I don't carry salt/pepper packets with me.
