Zelda Twilight princess can actually be played with Dolphin MMJR2, but ot is highly recommended to use gamecube versuon instead because classic controller and gamecube controller aren't supported
For PSP, I think you should try FIFA, PES and Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Impact. Currently playing them on my PSP, but it's such a dreadful experience when using the joystick bcs of the placement. I think this layout will be better if i want to play using the joystick for a long time.
They have nearly the exact same hardware, but the flip has active cooling and on some random games it will outperform the 3+, but it's generally the same

Yup it's generally the same, although in some random games, it might sometimes feel better on the other handheld and vice versa
