Last night it took me a total of 3 hours to take my contacts out (I’m a new contact wearer) after this video it took me 30 seconds. Thank you.
I am able to put them in with ease I can't take them out the guy there had to take them out

I haven’t worn contacts in over 13 years and I didn’t have long nails back then. Thank goodness for RUclips people lol. I got the one out and I was so proud after having tried so long. I need a cig break though 😆😩

Yes! Thank you the only technique that worked, everyone else pinches their contacts w/ their fingers but I could cause my eyes are too small, thanks !! 💕

Thank you for this great tip. It really works. And I found it to work better if you wet the tips of the Qtip with water! Now I can wear my contacts and keep my long nails.
I’ve been wearing contacts for 15 years! I always bit my nails so I never had an issue taking out my contacts. I always used the pinching method. When I switched to daily contact lenses, they are A LOT thinner than monthly’s and it was hard to get them out using the pinching method. Also, I started wearing acrylic nails. This method SAVED ME! Thank you!

Amazing thank you. In the process of changing contacts and this type does not like coming out. My first eye actually had the contact shred when trying to take it out, and that was the "easy" eye. Your idea was the best thing all year. Forever grateful!

I’m crying. You saved my life
Switched to new contacts that are much softer than my previous pair that just popped out and these wouldn’t come out! I stabbed my eyeball with my acrylics I can’t tell you how many times for over a half hour trying to remove them. You’re a lifesaver!!! Thank you!!!!

That’s great advice. I have huge problems taking out my soft piggy back lenses which are much bigger then the iris. This will be perfect. Thanks 😀😀😀😀

You should never use a cotton swab. Bad advice. You can scratch your eyes.

I have struggled for years getting my contacts out because of my long fingernails. I have tried every way imaginable including buying tools online. Because of the difficulty I would leave them in MUCH longer than recommended. I have been so frustrated lately, I was considering going back to glasses. After watching this video I gave this method a try and on the first try I was able to remove them. I can't wait to share my excitement with all my contact wearing friends. Thank you!
