Today we take a close look at Friday pickleball paddles. You might have heard a lot about them because they're so cheap and under $100, but are they really as great as people say? Let's find out together.
First up, we're talking about how thick these paddles are. In pickleball, the thickness of your paddle can make a big difference in how you play. We'll explore if the Friday paddles have the perfect thickness for smashing the ball and keeping it under control.
Then, we get super close and check out the material on the paddle's face - it's made of carbon fiber. This isn't just any material; it's special and helps the paddle grip the ball for extra spin. We even use a microscope to show you the gritty texture up close!
We also look at how these paddles are made. Friday uses a process called thermoforming to make their paddles really tough and ready for any game. We'll dive into what that means and why it gives better performance.
Another awesome feature? The edges of the paddle are filled with foam. This isn't just for looks; it makes the sweet spot bigger. The sweet spot is the best place to hit the ball on the paddle. We're going to test out how much easier it is to play with this kind of paddle.
Lastly, we talk about the money-back guarantee from Friday. It's pretty rare to see a company so sure about their product that they'll give you your money back if you don't like it. We'll discuss what that means for you.
Whether you're new to pickleball or you've been playing for a while and thinking about getting a new paddle, this video is for you. Come join me as we see if the Friday pickleball paddles are really as good as they say and do they live up to the hype for a $50 paddle.

Thank you for the in depth review! I've been using a Vatic Pro 16mm which I think is wearing down. For the price and the guarantee it sounds like the Friday paddles can't be beat! I''ll probably get the 2 for $139 Challenger T7. Cheers👍👍

I’m looking to start playing this game and currently searching for paddles. From the videos I’ve been watching, this company pops up several times. I think I’ve made my decision. Now to figure out shoes that don’t break the bank!

being completely honest. i have the joola c2 ben johns paddle ($250 retail) and i hate it compared to the friday paddles. ended up buying 4 more to get my family playing. only downfall is that some of the paddles i ordered had a shaking sound. but they ended up shipping me another one and let me keep the faulty one.

Horrible customer service. Purchased two Challenger paddles on Memorial Day sale. 4 days later price lower. Asked for price adjustment; customer would not give the adjustment; stated Memorial Day sale was a “flash” sale. It wasn’t a flash when deal was run over a week. Kinda a weasel company. Good luck if you need the 99 Day Happiness guarantee (watch out; it’s only valid on the og paddle). My next paddles will not be from this company And any time I’m asked about Friday (a play in PHX very active PB community), I will share the above experience.
