Talk about red flags in CJ's story. What about the story from the other side? Their main evidence is a stick in a picture? 😮 And they want me to believe CJ left two knives behind? Why was he using two knives? So maybe he used one and his buddy used one. So they both forgot their knives? That doesn't figure. And the main thing is the fact this is a DA bringing the accusation. A DA would know how to plant evidence and also sway the game wardens. I do believe this deer was probably living on the DA's land but deer travel during the rut. And 10 miles in that open country isn't nothing. I think the DA is just jealous that someone else killed "his" buck.

Not yet!!! I can’t understand why it would take a month to figure out unless he is having to go before a judge and awaiting the date.

Takes longer than a month to go thru court. Nothing is fast, unlike maybe poaching a buck in the middle of the night lol.
