    This is great, I am going to try the post it idea! I really agree with the phone being in your face first thing or before bed. Would you have any recommendations to people who suffer from insomnia and are at work 11 hours a day 6 days a week to be able to even do half of something like this? I might sound nuts I am so tired I just struggle so hard, frick with everything, now I sound nuts! I am so stuck and I don’t think I could have found your channel at a better time in my life.... I can’t wait to watch everything

    Dont look ar your phone
    Write 3 things on sticknote and stick to phone
    30 before 7h30 am

    Great tips...my new routine which had been working really well goes something like this...getup 5am, feed the animals, make tea, wish hubby a good run as he walks out the door. Upstairs to read for 30 minutes. Update my desire planner for the day. Another tea. Now I get my phone and watch 10-15 minutes of video that will teach me something...hello Mel :)
    Turn phone over...go back to my planner and mind map ideas. In all of this, pet the dog, pet the cat and listen to the quiet. It's breathtaking.

    1)Do not sleep with your phone
    2)3 things you have to do,stick at the back of your phone
    3)Spend 30 mins before 730 for yourself. For your day to organize

    Are you kidding??? Not check for potentially timely or even urgent emails first??? And a mess of Post Its is your best advice for staying organized with priorities. Wow!!!

      She is 100% right. I'm a manager in IT - if you read the e-mails first, you'll be totally focused on fighting the monster of the day rather than moving along ANY of your strategic priorities for the longer term. Ergo, some bullet points on a bit of paper and some planning before reading the first mail is in order.

    I think it’s safer to sleep near my phone. I live in Southern California there are earthquakes here. In case of an emergency I want to be close to my phone.
