Hey I have a MSI B450-A Pro MAX and I am not able to patch the BIOS file, because I always get the message "No patches can be applied to input file". I then found "DSDT Patching" but my MB is not the list which require this method, I even double checked the BIOS and ReSizebar is enabled in the BIOS. But I can't make it work :/ Would appreciate an answer :D Have a good one!

i ran into this problem: System Motherboard: MSI X570 Gaming Edge WiFi BIOS Version: 7C37v1P (2024-08-09) GPU: RTX 2070 Super Initially, I used NvStrapsReBar v0.4-rc1. After running it, Resizable BAR was successfully activated and persisted after the first reboot. However, after subsequent reboots, it deactivated again. I then tried downgrading to NvStrapsReBar v0.3, but in this version, Resizable BAR didn’t even stay active after the first restart. In both cases, I applied the patches correctly, ensured that Resizable BAR and Above 4G Decoding were enabled in the BIOS, and ran NvStrapsReBar.exe as Administrator. However, with v0.4-rc1, the activation only lasted for one reboot, and with v0.3, it never worked after a restart at all. Resizable BAR (ReBAR) Support: Supported Resizable BAR Status (ReBAR): Disabled (256 MB) (from hwinfo)
@@derbernd1234 it’s because you’re motherboard is a “resizeable bar capable board” which means the official resizeable bar option has conflict with the unofficial one you added. A Fix, I believe would be to go back to a bios version which didn’t have official resizeable bar support. Then add the unofficial resizeable bar support and you shouldn’t have a problem
@@SignedAdam Appreciate your answer. Now I tried it with BIOS version 7C37v1C (the latest version before Resizable BAR support), and it still won't activate-not even after a reboot.

Did you add the .txt file? At 8:14 it needs to be placed in to the same folder as the .exe, replace any file already there
