- The judge overseeing Taylor Schabusiness’ gruesome murder trial handed down a sentence of life in prison without parole for the convicted killer on Tuesday. Schabusiness was found guilty of suffocating Shad Thyrion with a chain dog collar before decapitating him and further dismembering his body. “The victim's remains were cut up and packaged into containers,” Judge Thomas Walsh said. “This crime offends human decency.”

That scripture is talking about individuals looking out for each other in the communities. Not big government. The system is big government and they aren't your neighbor.
It literally is though. The system has the ability to have full control over parents. It has the ability to make it such that you cannot have children unless you prove you are competent enough to do so. It has the ability to teach young mothers and fathers how to properly raise a child. It has the ability to strengthen a failing education system that contributes to more bad mothers and fathers. It starts with the system. It unfortunately ends with the parents. The system has all the power, but chooses to throw responsibility away. Time to enforce the death penalty when an obvious murderer is caught. Life in prison is a waste of money.
Research has shown that death penalty cases cost a lot more money to the tax payer than cases with only life in prison without parole. @@JohnWick-vh2qyit's not bs, the United States court system strives to be fair and give everyone a chance at a fair trial and appeals, many people have been wrongly convict and in your world they would have been immediately killed unjustly. Millions of people do drugs daily and never harm anyone. Drugs/alcohol is not an excuse!! 😡
It's not an excuse, but it also depends on the drug.
@@spencerfrankclayton4348Lots of people use it as an excuse. 🤦♂️ Doesn't matter which drug, the person made the choice.
When the father blamed the system for his failure, the judge then should have said, _"Sir, you need to mind Schabusiness."_
All he needed to say was " you're guilty you spending life in prison!
No, he took into account herself, her life, and her future. He did some great shabizness
We need more Judges like this. Thoughtful and intelligent.
It says a lot about her that she can't be trusted not to spit on people in a Courtroom to the point she has to wear a spit guard for sentencing!
Ya, the straw that got her life.
They put that on cause she was smiling not spitting! Sick person!
@@derekleesmith76spit hoods are not permitted to be used for hiding smirks
Yeah it says she's crazy we already knew that
Thanks, I wondered what it was. Yuck.
Huge admiration. for the judge. Thoughtful, balanced, considerate and humane.
A diligent and perceptive and eloquent judge.
The judge was way too nice to this sicko.
yeah, I wish he would just shut up. She doesn't deserve any words, much less kind words.
I really admire this judge. He's not an authoritarian, He's very plainly fair. The fact that he even took the time to learn who this murder really was before even passing his sentence. That told me he wanted to feel good about his decision. This woman was not a victim. He recognized her hardships and such. I'm happy he did what he knew was right.
Her 1st line was funny from saying No there isn't🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
When you wear a bloomer like that, you know straightaway that person is guilty as charged..
The judge sentenced her to life in prison without the possibility of parole, so all those other sentences are really moot. She will die in prison.
That judge is absolutely amazing. So wise and knowledgeable. That community is so lucky to have him and their judge.
and how does that make you feel?
It doesn’t matter what your upbringing was or what your lifestyle is, everyone knows right from wrong! You don’t go around cutting off a person’s head!!!
😂HOLD UPPPPP! A HEAD 😢

Honorable Judge, was on point, and showed the mirror to all those showing unwarranted affection and expectation from this monster.
Very inspirational Judge; he stated an overall analysis of monumental significance. We need more judges who have such insight into the human condition.
So eloquently said. “You are not responsible for where you come from but you are responsible for the choices you make about where you are going.”
This judge was absolutely amazing. Such a wise, knowledgeable, judge. The community should be very honored to have him as their judge.
Say Judge again

Lol 😂
God Bless this Judge. He had compassion. He tried hard to do what he thought was right.
That women is truly possessed by a demon.....
Nah, she is a cold human psychopathic killer.
Angels will protect her she came from a demonic past, she may never be free but she will be free of her possession.
Her mail bag will be full every week, guaranteed. I wouldn’t want to be in her head for a second and I definitely wouldn’t want to be within 10 feet of her. She’s scary, very very scary.
At least it's still attached...
