I have watched many other 'help' videos on how to do this, but they all seemed to assume that the person watching knew what they were doing - lasting just over a minute, it was fold, fold, fold and fold then cut! Obviously what I ended up with was NOT a circle😂 Watched your very well instructed video and had a circle first time! Like others have said, the 'book' analogy and the ‘anchor point' made all the difference. Thank you from Scotland in 2024 🏴😘
THANK YOU!! This is the only time I've been able to make a circle out of parchment paper using this technique because you clearly explained how to do it. I watched so many other videos and none explained it as detailed as you. Thank you soo much!
I felt like such a dummy not succeeding in this seemingly simple task. I needed your clear & concise explanation, for me it was the finger-marking and "spine of the book" instruction that finally clicked in my brain. You're an angel :)
I never comment on videos, but I had to for this! Thank you for the detailed explanation on how to make a parchment paper circle. It was extremely helpful. This video is way better than Martha Stewart's!
Thank you so much - I have watched other videos showing (supposedly!) how to do this, but have never managed, as got lost at the last 'fold'. After watching you, I managed first time! I think the real difference for me was the tip to hold on to the bottom point of the 'spine' when folding. Excellent video and, thanks again.
Ignore the negative comments telling you to hurry or get to the point or blah blah Yours is very detailed, extremely detailed. Its meant for a target audience and you did well with it . Thanks ❤❤
Best tutorial on this technique! Watched 3 other videos that were form over function and led me to make a stupid square inside of a circle because they skimmed over the concept of the anchor point.
Thank you for making this so clear! I watched a shorter video on the same thing and wound up with 4 little triangles cuz I guess I didn’t realize which direction to fold 😭😂 Your explanation was much better because of how specific you were!
Thank you! This helped so much, I've watched other YTbers & shorts, & they ALWAYS edit/cut out the most important part, the triangle part! I'm glad you did this slowly, because I realized what wasn't working for me. I think the size of the parchment paper matters, bc I was having a hard time folding it into a triangle, bc my parchment paper is too long, which doesn't work. The square method works though. Thank you again!
thank you so much!❤ I’ve wasted so many paper trying to get the circle while watching the RUclips tutorials but I kept cutting it into two triangles😅😬 This video was very helpful and detailed thank you so much
So much blathering. It shouldn't take this long to say fold a piece of paper. The Martha Stewart video was less than 45 seconds. This one is a waste of time.

Absolutely fabulous. Your tutorial is the best . So detailed, specific , didn't tie me up in knots as the other videos I have watched did..Thank you.
This was one of the clearest videos showing how to do this!!!
Good to hear. Happy baking! 😊

Thank you soooo much! Every other video I followed I ended up with 2 half circles, but this cleared it up for me!!!

Thank you so much! Your explanation was easy to understand compared to two other videos I've watched! You got a like and a subsciber from me!
Bless you! The speed and explanation is far superior to other videos teaching this trick, Including Martha Stewart’s vid 👍🏾
thank you so much!❤
I’ve wasted so many paper trying to get the circle while watching the RUclips tutorials but I kept cutting it into two triangles😅😬
This video was very helpful and detailed thank you so much
Super helpful. Other videos failed to mention the anchor, which is where I was having a little difficulty and you nailed it for me! Thank you!
Thank you for explaining it so well and showing it slowly aswel. I watched another video of a famous person doing it and it didn't work!

Thank you for taking it slow and I love the "book spine" idea. Has helped me get it right. All the other videos go way too fast!
Glad it helped!

Needed to be between 15 and 30 seconds long.. try and overhead camera angle

I'm sorry, but CONFUSING......just talk less, perhaps. Thankyou though
