Is there a difference between plug and plug smart wiring harness and spotlight harness, I end up with 25amp fuse and wiring connected to nothing? Relay clicks but no lights.
Can u connect these to reverse lights
There no harness available, but you can just solder them to the reverse wires.

This is not plug and play, there is no additional fuse holder!
