All Purpose Flour (Maida) - 1 cup
Baking Powder - 1 tsp
Baking Soda - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/2 tsp
Melted Butter - 3 tbsp
Milk - 1/2 cup (pour little in interval)
Pizza Sauce - 2 tbsp
Mozzarella Cheese - 100 gm
Toppings - Of Your Choice
Methods:-
Prepare the Dough:
In a microwave safe mug, combine the all-purpose flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Add the melted butter and mix well.
Gradually pour in the milk, stirring until you get a smooth, thick batter.
You may not need the entire 1/2 cup of milk.
Assemble the Mug Pizza:
Spoon the pizza sauce over the batter, spreading it evenly.
Sprinkle the shredded mozzarella cheese on top.
Add your desired toppings.
Cook the Mug Pizza:
Microwave the mug on your respective Pizza Settings (It vary, depending on the brand of microwave). Power Level: High (usually around 1000 watts). Cooking times may vary based on the power of your microwave, so keep an eye on it.
