MORE 1 Minute Microwave Recipes: • Emma's Easy Microwave ...
1 Minute Microwave Pizza Recipe:
- 50g (1/3 cup) Self Raising Flour ( Check below for substitutes)
- 30g (2 tbsp) Milk ( Depending on your flour you may need an additional 1/2 tsp of milk)
Roll out dough to 12-13cm(5 inches). It will be thin, but in the microwave it puffs up because of the self raising flour.
- 1 tbsp seasoned Sauce
- 2 tbsp of shredded Cheese ( You can add a little more if u like)
PLEASE READ: As mentioned in the video the pizza crust won't develop color as this wasn't cooked in a traditional oven. Because the crust doesn't brown or crisp up, I like to put the sauce and cheese toppings right up to outside edge of the pizza. So, you mininize the crust on this pizza, and have more space for toppings. Every microwave is different. The cook time in your microwave could be anywhere between 1 minute and 30 seconds to 1 minute and 50 seconds.
Self raising flour substitutes:
- 50g (1/3 cup) all purpose flour + 1/2 tsp baking powder + pinch of salt

This video was years ago but it works SO WELL. I used mixed shredded and a spinkle of parm, aswell as seasoned sauce with extra black pepper added. I absolutely recommend it!

Thank you Emma. This is a lifesaver within minutes when my grandson is hungry and he gleams with delight when I announce it's a special delivery for Joshua. His reply is, "it's pizza" and he loves it. It is such a blessing.
Guysssss i tried this and Made the first one and it turned out PERFECT which urged me to make 5 more! Yes 5 more! TRY THISS p.s i Made my Sauce by adding some Ketchup in a bowl and some tomato purée and to cancel out the sweetness of the ketchup I added salt, thyme, garlic granules and basil and stirred it together to make this DELICIOUS sauce 💗

Hi!! I made this and it turned out soo good!! I used the alternative flower (AP+BP) and it turned out good. I topped mine with salt, pepper and garlic powder.

I made mine with hot chili tomato sauce (I like my spicy pizza) and I made it stuffed crust cooked it in the oven for about 5 mins and came out amazing

OMG, friend, how cool is this! I was so excited to come across a fast and easy pizza recipe, cause I love pizza and sometimes like snacking on it. It's so awesome to find a quick way to make your own customizable pizza! I made two for breakfast today (I put mozzarella, ramono, and organic olives on one and sharp cheddar cheese, arugula, and free-range organic chicken on the other). Then like half an hour later I was hungry again and made a third one with butternut squash, peppers, broccoli, and cheddar. I'm going to show this to my siblings and parents so we can have them for lunch today!!!!

I made modifications to the cooking method and this is the best quick pizza ever!
Modifications made: used my oven because flavor. But I did par bake in the microwave. And used my broil setting for my cheese and topping to get some color and crispiness. It was so awesome. I could eat three more.
I actually tried it for the sake of experiment and it was so appealing but it actually worked and none of my microwave food item works ever!! Definitely recommend everyone to try it.
