It works !! Thank you so much Emma. I tweaked my recipe a little, instead of milk I added curd and I added granulated sugar with the butter while melting it instead of powdered sugar. It turned out great both times, will become my go-to chocolate dessert recipe. :)

I made this today and it was so good I generally don’t like very sugary brownies so I added less sugar and it was just delicious specially dark chocolate brings out the nice flavour and texture
I added some chopped pecan nuts and cranberries, before cooking, then flaked white chocolate over the top - because ‘why not’? Then serve with home made vanilla ice cream. I’ve also trashed my diet! Desserts spelled backwards is STRESSED and this is not a coincidence...

I realised I did not have any chocolate so instead I substituted the chocolate for unsweetened cocoa powder and sugar. I mixed some caramel into the mix and baked it for 71 seconds. This tasted AMAZING! 10/10 would try again and recommend to a friend

I made this today and it was so good I generally don’t like very sugary brownies so I added less sugar and it was just delicious specially dark chocolate brings out the nice flavour and texture
I added some chopped pecan nuts and cranberries, before cooking, then flaked white chocolate over the top - because ‘why not’?
Then serve with home made vanilla ice cream. I’ve also trashed my diet! Desserts spelled backwards is STRESSED and this is not a coincidence...
my diet is only during the week lol. When I have time i need some chocolate

I realised I did not have any chocolate so instead I substituted the chocolate for unsweetened cocoa powder and sugar. I mixed some caramel into the mix and baked it for 71 seconds. This tasted AMAZING! 10/10 would try again and recommend to a friend

I overcooked a mug cake once and it came out with a cookie-like texture. It was surprisingly good (I cooked it for 4 minutes)
