    My Top Five Anti-Ageing Supplements
    1. Sirolimus (Rapamycin)
    2. NR + Niacinamide (Not MNM)
    3. Lithium Orotate
    4. Melatonin
    5. Resveratol
(Regular exercise is by far the most proven healthspan extender. Number 2 is time-restricted eating.)
The reason Metformin does not make the list is that while an excellent supplement for younger people it is very problematic for older people. I am 80 yrs. old and do not take it.
I think melatonin is an extremely underrated and underappreciated healthspan and life extension supplement. I have been using it for 40 yrs and long before I started taking the other supplements. I am in excellent health and epigenetic age tests claim my epigenetic age is 64.

@@GuidetteExpert "Sunscreen and max 10 minutes a day out in the sun." Er, no. You are confusing sunshine and sunburn. Sunshine has cardiovascular benefits - and these quite apart from vitamin D3, and cardiovascular benefits that are not trivial. Remember the principle advised by natural medicine cardiologist Dr Jack Wolfson of "Sunshine good, sunburn bad" and you can't go far wrong. Also, sunscreens have chemicals that are not part of humans' natural environment, for which there is no physiological requirement or known deficiency disease, and which could be toxic; a few of these are. Resveratrol dietary supplements IMO are a waste of money. The compound has 3 hydroxyl groups and is metabolized very quickly as a result, resulting in poor absorption. I believe most of the RCTs for resveratrol are either done in vitro, ex vivo, or done IV. Correct me if I'm wrong on that last part.
Its methylated analog, pterostilbene, is FAR SUPERIOR, and I find it works best when paired with an NM supplement, even if research on dietary NM is also conflicting.

The three yamanaka factors are the best technology against aging we have today. Veritasium also agrees. Broccoli sprouts that were heated to a specific temperature for 10min then frozen are also the best thing against preventing cancer because it has tons of sulforophane which is good against cancer.
Even if nmn gives cell more energy to live, it doesn't prevent cancer which 1/4 people get. But sulforophane does.
Also, its important to note than nmn and reservatrol needs to be taken with oil, like olive oil, or else it won't be bio available.

hmmm... a trial of topical all-trans retinoic acid (tretinoin) had to be halted because the intervention arm experienced higher mortality. The authors stated that they did not think there was a causal relationship, but it is a bit troubling.
      jamanetwork.com/journals/jamadermatology/fullarticle/711869
The study population was comprised of military veterans, mostly male. Veterans often have higher rates of toxic exposure related to their military service - lead exposure from ammunition, in particular. There may be some interaction there - it is difficult to search on the topic since 'lead' is a homograph. I did manage to find one article that looks interesting but of course it is paywalled:
