I’m in Oregon and it costed a total of $12,000 for everything listed: 2 hours IV sedation, 2 implants, Bone graft and aftercare medication.
This was the cost for getting all my bottom teeth ( wisdoms included ) removed. I had all my top teeth removed 3 years ago and got a standard denture and I hated it and never wore it which caused massive jaw problems ( TMJ and Dislocation ). I highly recommend you wear your top denture no matter how uncomfortable it may be I can promise it’s better than the pain and bone loss that comes from not wearing them. I wish I had gotten implants on the top but it’s too late for that.
I’m currently starting my 2nd month of healing after my surgery and my implants feel good and don’t hurt.
I wasn’t able to get immediate dentures after my surgery because I wasn’t able to get impressions due to how bad my teeth were so that’s another problem I’ll face in around 2 months but I’m still much happier than I was with my teeth because the pain was like chewing thumbtacks and I was constantly using anbasol and mouthwash to help the pain.
I hope my comment helps anyone that is interested in getting implants, don’t wait just do It because the longer you wait the worse it gets.

i just finished having all my lose,brocken,cracked , all 12 teeth that i had left removed 2 months ago,andjust had my second fitting done waiting for the final one this week or comming week an hope to have them done by the 10 of july so i can have some time to get used to them before family reunion on the weekend of the 19 of july
Wow Steve I cannot believe you are on here! Well I am getting all on four implants in NYC, I can afford to get the bottom done. I will be crazy and ask do you know how I can get help with getting the top arch done, it is kind of problematic because i have impacted canine on top of my two front teeth. I had 6 full size upper implants done and 4 lower implants with all on six and all on four fixed bridges and paid 9000$ in Colombia. It was the same exact procedure I was quoted 85k in the USA. Be smart save your money dental tourism is a great thing. American dentist are crooks with white coats. I'm glad the internet is finally exposing there scam.

And honest about it. I had an upper arch done with six implants but one failed so five left but still more than four...lol...anyways it cost 18000 but did get estimates as high as 24000

@@d.b.4201 Yes and snap in not fixed...do have five implants though so there is no one way but about 20k an arch is average. Mine was 18 and had estimates as high as 24..very pricy for sure. The fixed ones that you cant remove were about 12k more per arch

One week ago I finally got dentures, one half years ago had all my teeth removed, to help with heart problems and to alleviate some pain.
I don't like the way pain medicine has changed the license too many people and i just don't like how they make me feel, the bottom teeth have not been too terribly bad no allegiance couple of sore spots. But the top teeth have given me 3/4 inch long lesions on both sides cutting my cheek, im hopping in one more week the dentist can trim the uppers to alleviate some of the pain they're causing.

These doctors placed a single implant for my mom. Couldn't have done a better job. If you need dental implants, give them a call. You won't find anybody more friendly or talented! Very affordable as well.

You both seem to really care. I want to ask, do you do zirconia implants? Not the tooth part but the actual implant is made of zirconia. I am allergic to most metals, and those I am not allergic to- if I am exposed to it for a prolonged time I develop an allergy to and start getting sick. My body is weird and I can only use natural products in my life, and I would love the one that will allow me to eat raw vegetables again and snack on carrots not eat soft full of carbs foods as I am forced to eat now.

I would like to see close up details of the implant dentures . I have implant dentures that are thick and awkward, and am planning on getting them replaced. I have 3 lower implants, and 5 upper implants. I would like to have another lower implant if possible, plus thinner upper and lower dentures. The ones I have now are almost useless to chew with.

I had extractions and 4 on 1 zarconia . 6 implants top and 4 on the bottom and I paid 25000 down and a balance of 48000 , 7 years 890 dollars . I am so exhausted in debt right now. Just dont feel that I got what I paid for. Am I nuts or is this in range??

Was wondering can theupper on the reg denturs be cut away to half that size so that a person can taste an still have the suction to hold them in place
Unfortunately that would not work very well. Dentures rely on suction and much like a suction cup if you cut out a piece of it all the suction will be lost. This is why we go for implants in so many cases. Great question and thanks for watching!

The dentist want to remove all my teeth (via dental surgeon) and then do temporary dentures 1200.00 then permanent. Over 2000.00. The oral surgeon is like 3000.00
How long does it take after you do the full mouths implants, meant take off the temporary and put Zarconia for good?
We will typically place teeth the same day or the next depending on what the patient would like. We can go straight to final zirconia or wait till the 3 month mark. There are pros and cons of both. Either way you will have fixed non-removable teeth the entire time!
For the All On 4 can i get an upper one year and a lower the next, or do the upper and lower need to be made at the same time for fitting reasons.

have you looked at 3d printing the titanium?
Yes, we have looked into 3d titanium printing. Right now, it is not as accurate and we are not able to get the precision necessary to fit the implants. Thank you for your comment!

I’m in the process of selling my mom’s house and waiting for the money to hopefully do implants. I’m 35 and had acid reflux super bad when I was a kid. I would throw up daily and brush my teeth right after. I’ve lost all teeth except 4 on top. I really want to do this bc my mom died in 2020 and I realize while doing a slideshow for her funeral I don’t have any pictures with her and I in them. I take pictures with my kids but I never smile so they don’t seem like I’m happy when I am. I regret every day that I don’t have any recent pictures of her and I.

I would like to know if a molar breaks on my all on 4 what will be the procedure to fix the problem. ( how long will be without teeth) ?
If a molar were to break that would be an extremely rare occurrence. In our facility we would be able to make a new one within a few days and you would also be able to use your existing teeth if the break were just one tooth. If something more severe were to break we could definitely get you something even faster if that were an issue. So basically should never be without teeth! Great question!
Does sjogren's syndrome fall under medicare or only dental insurance with dental loss?

Typically putting new teeth in an old set of dentures is not recommended. A new set of dentures is usually the better option.

The model is just a visual aid and is ultimately there to show the reinforcement the titanium bar offers to the dental implants. Can you mix zirconia upper and lower arch with a tantanium arch

Yes you can have an upper zirconia and a lower titanium bar/zirconia arch. We have done that before and it presents no issues!

How long does this take? I heard there's another place that can do permanent teeth in 24 hours.
Great question! We can certainly do that as well and have done so on many occasions but we feel it's not the best for most people due mainly to tissue shrinkage and the gap that will form over the first few months if you go straight to a final. However if any patient would like that we can easily do it and will do a permanent final zirconia immediately as long as they know the risks associated.

We have the capability and have done it on any patient that asks or we feel it is right for but generally we try to do what we believe is the best long term.

Can you get all 32 screws with crowns?
Hi!
Great question. We typically don't do 1 implant per crown. You want to have some space in between each implant to allow for cleanability. Think of it like a table. The bigger concern is how wide the 4 legs are. That is what makes it stable. A chair with 10 legs wouldn't help make it much more stable. Hope that helps!
Are the implants themselves sensitive to hot or cold?
Hi there! Great question. Since the dental implants don't contain any nerves, they shouldn't be sensitive to hot or cold temperatures. The more they dragged it out the more BS it sounded. I don't feel comfortable to go ahead with them. I prefer straight talk not beating around the Bush with no outcome at the end of it.

Just been to Bulgaria and got 6 in 4 zirconium cost me 10 grand worth every penny at award winning dental hospital private and I never felt one single pain and two weeks on still no pain its unreal
