@jaximplantsanddentures Thanks for your reply; How do you see this in terms of healthy flora balance, a major component of oral health? It seems to me, cleansing with H2O2 is less toxic & also less damaging to a balanced flora, as killing ALL bacteria is not usually a good thing. While peroxide has broad spectrum application, it is particularly effective with anaerobes which are more likely to cause infection.

Hi there! It's completely normal to only get implants for the upper or lower arch, and we've seen many patients who only need one. In fact, if your natural teeth on the other arch are healthy, our Doctors will always recommend preserving them. I wouldn't pull them if they're still in good condition. And why would you need bone graphs and sinus lift if your original teeth are still in the front? Seems strange to me. Find a different dentist, get a second opinion for sure!! Good luck!

@@jaspersjoint7433 Originally, I had implants done on my back teeth, but the dentist who did them screwed up and after I realized the guy didn't know what he was doing, I found another dentist who then referred me to a periodontist. That's when I discovered that all the implants were placed wrong and had caused significant bone loss and had pierced my sinus. So, it all had to be taken out and redone. The periodontist removed the implants and sent me back to my new dentist to see how he wanted to proceed. The new dentist is the one who recommended all on 4, even though my front teeth are fine. I rejected the idea, and he sent me back to the periodontist who agreed with me. He said, "I don't blame you for refusing all on 4. You're better off with your natural teeth. I wouldn't do it." So that's the story. 😊

Take them all out now. Much better than having to do the whole procedure over in a few years because the roots on the existing teeth go one by one. Which they will.
