Hi, we certainly have quite a few options for people who don't have enough bone at the bottom. We haven't had a case in years that there hasn't been enough bone to treat! Please give us a call at 904-999-9000 to setup a consultation! Thank you.
I just found your channel as I’ve been on this road for a while & should be having my surgery in September. I had it all scheduled for Costa Rica in June but had a serious health issue crop up 2 days before leaving & had to cancel. I’ve got that handled now. Not sure if I am staying on the Costa Rica track or having it in Florida, where I live. I’m having a consultation tomorrow. I’m going to watch your whole journey. Interested to know why it took so long to get your perm teeth. Everywhere I’ve checked is 3 months (4 months in Costa Rica).
Hi there and welcome to our channel! We're glad you're here and are happy to assist you on your smile journey. To answer your question, patients do receive their final set of zirconia teeth 3-4 months after surgery. This time period allows the implants to fully integrate with the bone, giving them the strongest foundation for long-term success. We would love to have you in for a complimentary consultation here, if you're not already scheduled. If you don't live close to Jacksonville, Florida- no worries! We also offer virtual consultations, where you can speak directly with one of our doctors and get all your questions answered. If this is something you would be interested in, give us a call at 904-999-9000 or visit our website for more information. jaximplant.com/
We recommend you check out our video on full mouth implants. It goes over the various options for those experiencing loss of teeth. Thanks for watching! ruclips.net/video/fxOpK4Q1EEQ/видео.html
It seems like the gums of the implants add length. So a top and bottom would cause the jaw to be more open when the top and bottom contact. Can you tell what’s done, if anything, about this? Also, I have a wide mouth & smile. I’m worried about there not being enough teeth when I smile. Lastly, I’ve heard that if you are a smoker, it disqualified you. Is this true and if so, does it include previous smokers, people like me who have quit. I think these might be common questions that you get so if you’ve answered it already somewhere, just direct me there please. Also, thank you.
The gums are there to replace any bone loss that the patient might have had. It is not keeping the mouth open further than it should be. Although stopping smoking is recommended, we treat smokers daily with a high degree of success.
Great information. Needed to hear this because it’s one of my greatest fears with the All on 4s.
Glad it was helpful!
I just got my all on 4 today and just the temporary teeth look pretty real😀
I'm documenting it all on my youtube channel 🙂
