The key to winning in the nfl is get a decent qb in the draft where you pay very little money and spend all the money on players around him and defense.
I've tried to explain that for years to people whenever you see these QBs get massive contracts. Its like, well, you just doomed your team. There is no way you are going to fill out your roster now.

OR you sign that QB in free agency who has the mentality, work ethic, and drive to become the GOAT and is WILLING to take multiple paycuts just so the team could sign players who could help him win multiple superbowls. It doesn’t matter if said QB is considered “Old” and “Washed up”. He has already proved his worth throughout his career and yet only two teams reached out to him. Teams should have been fighting on who gets to sign that QB.

The ball never actually hit the ground last night it hit his knee. You can clearly see the ball hit the ground here. Yesterday even when they showed super slow motion you couldn't decide if it hit the ground or not. Even the back camera when they paused it you can see a little space between ball and ground. Tonight it was clear.
My favorite football team out of all the football teams is the footballs team that we see here playing another football team.

@@newagain9964 that’s what the 9ers thought. They went through 2 or 3 coaches before finally settling with Kyle and even then they still struggled for a couple of years to get back to a competitive level. The Seahawks are looking like a complete rebuild.

Honestly, Washington has been a fun team to watch over the last year and a half of football. Heinicke’s success is one I can’t help but root for, and watching that young defense come into its own is gonna be a great spectacle (well wishes to Chase Young of course). Plus Scary Terry and Gibson are PLAYMAKERS. A lot to look forward to…

As a niner fan this was a fun game to watch. As I knew when washington didnt go for the field goal and failed to get a td the Seahawks got the ball back and almost came back but Im glad they didnt. Good game Washington and good luck on the rest of your season.
I don't understand not kicking the field goal in that situation. If they just kick the field goal they're still up two scores on the Seahawks with like 3:15 to go. They held them to nine points up to then, so why would the coach think they'd score eleven in the last few minutes of the game?

A bit surprised that the announcers didn't mention Gibson going out of bounds with Seattle having no TO's remaining before the 2 minute warning. Washington could have ran the clock down to 2 minute warning but clock stopped. Gave Seattle more time for their drive at the end of game but lucky for WFT they picked off 2 pt conversion. The announcers pointed that out during Alabama-Auburn when Auburn RB ran out of bounds giving Alabama 40 extra seconds to work with.
