- Our immaturity levels plummet even further in today's FridgeCam. In between giggling fits we slow cook sticky BBQ meatballs and mop up the juices with levelled up garlic bread.

I love the fact that we're getting down to earth recipes again- it's like the good ol' days :D When we got The FridgeCam Show there much less cooking and a lot more talking, I'm glad we've gone back again!

I don't have a slow cooker but have made it in a cast iron pot - worked perfectly
So I made this for my family yesterday and it went down like a treat, they all kept going back for more! it was scrumpsious and i would highly recommend it to anyone with fussy eaters

This video was so simple, goofy and adorable! It made me happy that everyone seemed to be having fun. (Even when Mike was fed up with Ben's innuendos.) And the recipe looks accessible and super yummy!
One thing that hits me going back to this recipe, is how much effort Mike put in to his weight loss! Good job man!

I do my garlic bread a bit different -I put the garlic in the dough and then bake it. Since my parents have issues with their stomachs when eating raw garlic, but are fine when it's cooked, this allows me to have enough garlic to kill a vampire by smell alone, and my parents to not cry out in anguish. Of course, smearing a bit of butter on top of the slices and heating them up in the oven is a standard.
On the butter-garlic-parsley mix though, what's really handy is that you can make it and save it for a later day. Just roll it in a sausage form inside parchment paper and store it in the fridge. When you need to quickly make your garlic bread, cut slices off the butter-sausage and put them between each slice.

Perfect time for the levelled up garlic bread! I recently received some free bread (a huge bag of probably 15 or so bagels, some sort of dark loaf with I think maybe oats or something on top?, and two large sticks) and sure I could just have all the toast I could ever want, as has already been done with most of one of the sticks, but I think the remaining stick would be good for garlic bread.
The benuendo editing is absolutely hilarious. This video was brilliant, had me in stitches

Mike's face at Benuendo number 2 was the best. Actually, his face at all the Benuendos was the best.
Garlic bread... Margarine, garlic powder, onion powder, pink salt, basil... Little bit of cheap parmesan is optional.
Work the soft margarine with your spoon until very creamy, then add dry ingredients and mix well.
Serve on warm bread, or whatever you like... Makes a good, light sauce for noodles in a pinch.

I really like how you guys are evolving your content. It feels familiar but fresh if that makes sense.
When my dad makes garlic butter, he beats the butter for hourssss in a mixer until it becomes light and white and fluffy, and then he adds in the garlic and shallots and parsley. It's a process but it's sooooo good in the end and you can literally use garlic butter for everything!

For the garlic bread, I personally would add maybe half a cup of finely grated parmesan cheese to the butter-garlic-parsley mixture!

My favorite meatball recipe is: Plain meatballs (usually the ones in the freezer section) in a crockpot with a container of grape jelly and chili sauce. Cooked for a few hours and it is AMAZING must try :D

I had some veggie meatballs in the fridge waiting for a recipe like this to pop up. The sauce is already bubbling for dinner!
I didn't even pay attention to the ending the first time around because I was paying attention to Ben's A+ juggling skills 👌

The sauce never got sticky and the meat is taking a while to fully cook. I guess my crockpot on high isn't hot enough?
For garlic butter. In a food processor add garlic,onion,parsley,anchovies,Pernod blitz to a paste and slowly pour melted butter in to combine. get a saucepan hot on the hob pour the garlic butter in to the pan so it goes foamie cook it of for 5 minutes do not let it colour.
Does anyone else really love the way Ben says Salt?
