Dolph doing that jump kick over the car has to be the most distilled example of the action movies of that era.
Seagal did a similar thing in That film he did with DMX
I saw someone do it in a viral movie its real!
His jacket is bitching too
Wait, he didn’t jump kick over the car, that was going 50mph?
i know! _100%_ true!!
I love Gymkata. I saw it when I was like 7 years old and it has been etched into my soul. Because the character's costumes were basically just plain sweatpants and sweatshirts, my cousin and I could go into our closet and get authentic Gymkata sportswear and play Gymkata in the woods behind my house. And "play Gymkata" is not a euphemism for butt sex. We had a playset fort set up like the town of the crazies and everything.
I need to add that Gymkata is definitely a dog turd of a movie.
You got bummed.
How about that weird seen where that dude is laughing at him and then shows him his bare ass. What was that about?
Holy crap! I thought I was the only person on the planet that saw Gymkata.
@Jerf Hankell i guess me and little Yimmy Norton are kindred spirits
I enjoy Nick explaining these movies more than I would watching most of them

Recil chippy seeing that The Strange Thing About The Johnsons was a real movie was pretty dope
@@hithere4719 I enjoyed Hereditary but genuinely still can't believe he actually made The Strange Thing About The Johnson's. It's such a fucked up situation that it actually borders on comedy.
Iain it seemed like a *hits blunt* “what if there was a movie about a son molesting his dad, and people just laughed at it?” situation. It was so disturbing, but I cannot imagine that it wasn’t meant to be an absurd comedy.
I’m 24 and to be honest: ordering papa johns, drinking 13 beers, and watching Gymkata sounds like a great way to spend an evening

The funny thing about Driven is that there's a scene where a wheel gets ripped off a car and flies into the audience. I watched Gymkata. It's absolutely horrendous
I saw it a few times when I was a little kid. Driven is tied with Ballistic: Ecks vs. Sever for the worst movie I've ever seen
Ballistic is special because it's the only movie filmed in my city that's actually set there.
