you know with as much social anxiety that drew struggles with, it was extremely brave, courageous, and empowering to see him stand up for himself and his feelings, especially to someone who means so much to him. sometimes it can be hard to set boundaries & i commend drew for defending themself like that. that was a strong act of self love.

My 2nd cousin idk if she still is vegetarian, but when she was 10, she always ate noodles... A salad or something light in carbs would have been helpful...A horrible diet caused child obesity, there are good vegan and vegetarian foods out there, you just need to read your ingredients for the amounts of soy. If you don't like any of the premade options, think about making your own dishes. Beans are the best protein choice along with Tofu. As Google says about tofu - Soy foods are moderately high in calories, which means they can help you gain weight, but they could also become an important part of your restricted-calorie weight-loss diet.
