There used to be a few different draging wagons around back in the day. Wagons have mostly went away but some racers liked them for the extra wheel base weight over the rear tires. @@garageredzone Aussie Aussie Aussie
@@garageredzone ive noticed it in a few episodes,be awesome to see them finally do something with it
It's sounding like its time for a big engine fox body in the fleet
Can confirm the 7.3l godzilla is a beast. Drove a E-350 20' uhaul packed to the roof with our shit from Denver to Phoenix in 13 hours. Passing trucks on i40 in 30mph crosswinds doin 85 without issue
Since there is so little available in aftermarket race stuff for this motor, I think it should be used as a Motion Raceworks parts development tool.
My opinion, I love Ford's Godzilla engine. What's in my super duty. With some goodies. I had to splurge and pay the extra to get it. No regrets there. I would put it up there with my 7.3L power stroke. I know what I would say to do with the engine. But, I know that it will make a lot of people mad. Ford power Leroy. There I said it. Let the roosting begin. Lol.
RAPTOR.... only because that V6 sounds like pooo pooo
@@JohnnyAnderson1 Yes. That's definitely another option. Dosent seem like a raptor as a v6. But, would he still be able to keep factory options? Like the generator and all that. Cause it looks like he surely enjoys using it.
Just...no... Leroy needs to stay true to Texas Speed engines and all the companies that helped him create a 7 second stick car from a car that originally was just a goofy idea for a smallish channel.
YES make leroy reliable again
@@tstuff1213 The most I can see that the Godzilla has ever made in HP is 1450 with a supercharger, and I don't know if that is wheel or crank. The Texas Speed 427 is handling 2000+ in Mullet to be able to run a 6.
As sson as I heard the intro I knew it would be a good one!
George has been the greatest addition to the channel since jack stand
Put that 7.3 Godzilla in something for Sam to drive. Something classy and comfortable that he can travel around on Race Weeks in. We love seeing Sam on the channel and we love seeing him run around in a hotrod.
Your daily raptor would be a great choice … or the flat bed you found at the Freedom Factory! HELL YEAH BROTHER
YES. The rollback truck!!
Love watching your progression to a ford guy. Let's see a godzilla swap into the raptor
Warms my heart to see neighbour getting some love. Leroy is a savage but neighbour is a beast 💪💪
Just wanna say you called it big time on cody “whistiln diesel” failing his month of mayhem bs he didn’t even make it a day 😂😂
We'll see if trevor on motion auto tv keeps with it too, month of maybes
When did cleet say that? And yea whistling sure did fail
Day one and day 3
@@Milkywayboy he posted on ig first day sayin place your bets he’ll never make it
Well his dog did die of liver failure, so give him a bit of a break.
Hi Cleetus, heads up, alot of 7.3 engines have had valve spring issues and dropping valves. I would recommend upgrading them.
Kinda sad if the engine is bad out of the box
@@patrickr2686 Stock they are solid. He's referring to forced air induction.
Sounds like a typical Ford. It throws parts at you by just driving it. Later they will do a "recall" to try and fix it
I work at Ford in Windsor where they build it they resolved that problem with the
valve springs .
@@plumberturd Do you know which years were effected? I was planning on pulling one from a super duty in the future.
I think I speak for all the ford guys when I say this 7.3 needs to go in a chevy of some kind considering cleetus has that LS swapped marauder
An ol s10 shit box would be pretty fun haha
@@ryanbernard6550 yeah I always had a weird love for the old S10s from the late 90s
@@Mr_Hillbilly_weeb god i remember when i was a kid my friends older brother all white s10 250 crate. drag stars and perfect stance. ugh. i need one in my garage
The blazer man!
"Had" that marauder, he gave it away a while back.
That Godzilla would go great in a ranger or the LTD that Jackstand has.
Yes yes yes. So glad you got a godzilla. One suggestion for it, idk who to drive it with everyone having a car, but put it in a ranger.
You need to get a hellaphant engine
Good luck
Would love to see a power stroke build next! 👀
You're not the only one!
If I got my hands on that engine, I'd drop it into my 95 Thunderbird LX.
@saso yan that tbird of mine has 948k. All original engine and trans. It's been in my immediate family since bought brand new from dealership. Now I drive it to work when the weather is nice. But yes 100% cars r supposed to be fun. Painful in wallet tho....
Sam putting in some fine detail work as always.
I will always be ford guy over any company, also ford has never went bank rupt so there's that 👌
They took government money just like the other two, don't get it fuckin twisted 🤡
*These stage prizes are insane.* I'm very curious what the points winner of all three races is going to get.
if I won a turbo I'd have to put it in my 04 Mustang with a 3.9, see how high a piston could fly lol
No you wont
@@noway57 well I'm not going to win one. it's just a hypothetical, hence starting with "if"
I just bought merch and if I win one it's going on my Barra swapped ute
The rear display on the dash in neighbor is frickin awesome!
You should put that 7.3L in a newer model ford thunderbird(2002ish). I know it should weird but they’re rear wheel drive and already come with a v8 sooooo.. might be cool!
they are a fairly decent chassis as well that got majorly overlooked.. same chassis as the lincoln ls from same year
@@kodybell4616 I’m saying could be beast
@@jacobturner9073 same here, great chassis that needs more attention
First
Damn it😊
Second
Third
Superrr fast😂
Right the LS motor is the best copy off of 1968 351 Windsor you've ever seen, including symmetrical intake and exhaust ports with a center thrust bearing also. Oh yeah A LS head will go on a 351 Windsor
1000+ HP Raptor sounds like it would be awesome!!
Month Of Freedom = the best month! So here I am, commenting just for the youtube algorithm...It aint much but its honest work. Lets Gooo!
The Godzilla definitely needs to go into a GM product just to create some interesting response at the drag strip and some awesome YT content. Do it and shake up the world!
I think everyone would be happy to see a chevy powered by a Ford for once. That being said my vote is for keeper Leroy.
71 Mustang Mach 1 would love that monster motor
Okay so hear me out. You got Leroy, with the big ol twin turbski ls7. That big ol Ford engine would be killer in a Cobra kit car and would match the theme with Leroy more than anything
