    The best way to eat garlic is to grate or thinly sliced it into your salad in the evening meals. I use it with cold press organic olive and the Mother vinegar. Of course you can add your favorite spices to enhance the taste. ❤❤❤❤❤

    How many cloves of garlic to take? Should we crush them before eating?

      The recommended daily intake of garlic is typically around 1 to 2 cloves per day for general health benefits. Crushing or chopping garlic before eating is highly beneficial because it activates an enzyme called alliinase, which converts alliin to allicin - the compound responsible for many of garlic's health benefits, such as its antimicrobial, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory properties.
      To maximize the benefits, crush or chop the garlic and let it sit for 10-15 minutes before consuming. This allows the allicin to fully develop. You can then eat it raw, add it to your meals, or lightly cook it (though cooking may reduce some of the allicin content).
      Just be mindful of your stomach sensitivity, as raw garlic can be potent for some people.

      Thank you for your question! For the best results, it’s generally recommended to eat one to two cloves of garlic a day. Crushing the garlic and letting it sit for 10 minutes before consuming helps activate allicin, the beneficial compound that gives garlic its health properties. You can eat it crushed or whole, but crushing releases more of the beneficial compounds. Feel free to adjust the amount to what works best for you!
