      Thank you for sharing your grandma’s story! It’s amazing how everyone’s body can respond differently to things like coffee. While some people, like your grandmother, can enjoy multiple cups a day without any issues, others might be more sensitive to the effects of caffeine. The video is meant to highlight potential risks for those who might not realize how coffee affects their health, especially in larger amounts. Moderation is the Key…I have been drinking 4-5 Cups of Strong coffee for the last 25 years…no issues…tachycardia and bradycardia only if you combine with other energy drinks / Butter will have adverse effects….

      You're absolutely right-moderation plays a huge role. It's great that you've been able to enjoy your coffee without issues for so long. Coffee can definitely be safe in reasonable amounts, but combining it with other energy drinks or adding butter might indeed lead to some negative effects, especially on heart rhythm. • @10-SECRETS
      @10-SECRETS  10 дней назад +1

      Thank you for the comment! Combining McDonald's coffee with Starbucks coffee might just give the drinker a powerful caffeine kick, but it's unlikely to be dangerous in moderation. However, it's important to remember that too much caffeine can lead to issues like jitteriness, increased heart rate, or even more serious health problems if consumed in excessive amounts. If you're mixing different coffees, just be mindful of the overall caffeine content and how it affects your body. Enjoy your coffee, but always in moderation!

      For the healthiest option, it's best to drink coffee black, without sugar, cream, or milk. If you do add sugar, it's important to keep the amount low to avoid the negative health effects of consuming too much sugar. A small amount, like a teaspoon or less, is generally fine, but it's better to avoid adding too much, especially if you prefer very sweet coffee.

      You're welcome! Just be careful with extremely hot coffee, as drinking beverages above 65°C (149°F) has been linked to a higher risk of esophageal issues. Enjoy your coffee, but stay safe! ☕🔥

    Coffee in the morning, alcohol at night, is this a problem?

    • @10-SECRETS

      Great question! While lemon water is generally safe and healthy, it's important to note that the acidity of lemon juice can sometimes interact with certain medications, vitamins, and supplements. For example, it may reduce the effectiveness of some medications like antibiotics or cause stomach irritation when taken with specific supplements. It's always best to consult with your doctor or pharmacist to ensure that taking lemon water with your medications and supplements is safe for you. Stay informed and healthy! 🍋💊

      Thanks for sharing your thoughts! ☕ While coffee can have its benefits when consumed in moderation, it's always good to be mindful of how different energy-boosting drinks affect our health. Red Bull and similar drinks can pack a punch with caffeine and sugars, so it’s wise to consume them carefully. Balance is key!

And at the end of each point, I offer a solution to the problem. Watch the video again, you didn't watch it carefully if you wrote such a comment.

      Thanks for your comment! 👍 While pesticides in coffee are a concern, COPD is primarily linked to smoking and long-term exposure to pollutants. Choosing organic coffee can help reduce pesticide exposure, but it’s also important to consider other lifestyle factors for lung health. Always consult with a healthcare professional for personalized advice. Thanks for watching! 🌿☕
