    I"ve been using Home Chef since May or earlier. I'm diabetic and 66 years old. I go through the menus for each week and select 2-3 items with carb counts in the 30 gram range. If I can't find 3, I'll order 2 like that and order something with up to 60 grams. I've lost 7 pounds in 6 months, (which includes 3 15 minute walks daily for my dog). I don't order foods I can easily make at home and there are certain things I don't like. No burgers for me. I can buy ground beef and make it myself cheaper. No brussels sprouts, cauliflower, or asparagas. And no tofu or impossible meat. Overall, the best thing about this meal plan is the vegetables are more varied. Hello Fresh essentially put carrots and brussels sprouts in almost every meal.

    When I started I ordered every other week to keep costs down. The other weeks I did not eat healthy. Now I order 3 meals, 2 servings per week. That leaves me with one day to go out to eat. Has been working very well.

    I was wondering if I could freeze these depending on the meal. 6 services will last me a couple of weeks.

      After they are made you can certainly freeze them! The portion sizes are for each sitting though so you may not have leftovers and may want to order more servings if you’re planning on meal prep

    how much does it cost per month

    • @thereisaroundtheworld
      @thereisaroundtheworld  2 месяца назад

      It depends on what you order but it can range from under $100-250 a week which would be about $400-1000 a month (again depending on what you order)

    How much you spend a month??

    • @thereisaroundtheworld
      @thereisaroundtheworld  Год назад

      Our total for the month was about $575! We did not have to buy so many groceries during this time so it really evened out the cost!

    I was so into watching you cook the meal so we can see the finished result. However it looked like you cooked one meal on camera and the rest of the video was just you showing us pictures of the food. 😢

      Hello! Yes apologies, if i were to cook all of them the video would have been very long! Also in week 3 i had an issue with my camera and phone so i only got the pics! Sorry! I can assure you the steps were just as easy as the first meal i cooked for all of them though! Home Chef is great!
