This is the perfect arm workout for those of us who don't typically enjoy arm workouts. Love the choreography she used to keep it fresh and interesting.

I’m slowly getting back into the world of fitness after a surgery 3yrs ago. My tattoo on my left arm used to wrap around my upper arm (almost touch, but not designed to//nope not barbed wire! It’s a chaos star) & now I can almost see the entire tat when my arms are just resting by my sides. WILL THIS HELP WITH THAT???? I’ve heard I’m wasting my time unless I’m doing this in addition to some high energy cardio. Thoughts??

Will doing this routine 3x/week then daily actually count? Or do I need to do like an hour every time? So many rules out there! Thanks

This is THE FIRST exercise set I have completed& enjoyed since I’ve decided to get my body back!! (I had a cancerous tumor removed from my lower abdomen) I couldn’t move my core for months so I am very over weight & out of shape but I’m now ready to look like the woman I feel that I am. I swear, looking in the mirror is scary y’all!! It’s like “who’s this big doughy chick & who traded it in for my 150 lb body!?!”.
So ANY suggestions for me on how to re-enter the world of fitness would be so appreciated. I ❤️ stuff like this. I’m not a jogger (there just is no bra firm enough to keep my breast from bouncing around) or a gym person. If I’m gonna be active, it’s at home or power walking, it’s not nearly as bad as breaking into even a light jog). Plus this arm workout was not boring! 👍👏
