Honestly these workouts are so fantastic; it never feels like 30/40/60 minutes, the timers and the targeted muscle diagrams on the longer workouts are so helpful to me as someone who's autistic and takes particular interest in what muscle/s I'm working. The non-repetitiveness and modifiers are brilliant also. I've been doing these 4-5 times a week for the past month and feel so good, so thank you Juice & Toya!!

For my nutritional win today, I'm going to eat a salad instead of fried food. I made some healthy and not healthy choices earlier today. Thanks Juice and Toya for the workout videos!
I really like the progression in difficulty, makes it a bit more challenging. My mum joined in again 😁. Nutrition-wise I just like to have coffee before working out (I add some protein powder to it) and now I'm gonna have porridge with blueberries and greek yogurt. I cooked my favourite fish soup yesterday, so that's gonna be my lunch. It is the bomb. Has some kick to it with chillies, salmon, cod, veggies, seaweed 🤤 And then roasted veggies with feta for dinner and chicken wrap. This 4-week challenge I'm focusing on healthy eating more and I'm enjoying it a lot. Day 9 ✅

Hi guys. Just did this workout. I wasn’t feeling up to it yesterday after a good walk with my dog and lots of raking. So today I committed Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s workouts back to back. I loved the workout; it was so fun. And one of my favourites was the hip thrust with reach...I was ABLE TO REACH!! I wasn’t able to do it during the last challenge. And ohhh did I reach!! 🤣. I love seeing the progress. YAY!!!
I turned 51 back in January and haven't worked out only here and there. I did beginner all I could and was worn out. But I was full of energy when I got ready and feel great now. Thank yall so much!!!

Day 4 of week 4 completed! I chose to do this workout! I’m actually glad it wasn’t a recovery day today it felt good working out and going strong for the last couple days of the challenge!

Was able to complete this when fasting! Worked out an hour before I broke my fast - firsttwo sets weren’t too bad, last set was more challenging than I expected. I used the 2nd set modifications during the last set and was able to complete the whole workout. Mouth dry and all - still got it done 🥵💪🏼 bring on tomorrow!!
I did both workouts for my recovery day yesterday and added your 10-minute core workout. I have more energy this week and really want to spend it wisely! I can never get enough of working out with you guys!
This was a tough workout!!!! I usually finish your workouts comfortably but this one was strong, I didn't have any stamina left at the end for the finisher but will keep doing this regularly during my workout sessions till I can do that finisher as well!! Love your workouts, it has been several months (3-4 maybe) I've been following your workouts now. Keep them coming, love from India

Day 2 Week 2 of the Four Week challenge. Oh man I couldn't complete some of the exercises of the third set. My upper body strength is lacking for 40 seconds on. The hamstring stretch I was doing wrong until I noticed right at the end of the stretch. Still I am not discouraged, I now know my level. Cheers guys.
Another great workout, thanks so much Juice & Toya. I can really feel it in my stomach today. Afterwards I extended my stretch and am making a grilled chicken breast & spinach salad for dinner. Bring on the rest of week 2 challenges! 💪

Great workout! I will be saving this. For dinner, I will be having a salmon salad (spring mix, salmon, boiled eggs, green beans, red potatoes, capers optional and olives optional... Good stuff. I actually meal prepped this week.
Day 2, week 2: I had a nice sweat going! I will definitely be repeating this exercise again. My core strength still needs a lot of work. For dinner, eggs for protein. Just eggs. And maybe some oatmeal. 😅

Loved it, it definitely challenged me!! I even tried to jump at the end like Juice!! Thank god I didn't fall lol!! I am working on healthier food options such as more complex carbs in my diet! I am also trying to increase my protein and add more water. I have also been doing green juices using green apples, cucumber, parsley, spinach, lots of ice and ginger!!

I finally am able to do some of the advanced exercises in any of your workouts! Thank you both for helping me lose 70lbs! Do you have workouts that are targeted toward certain muscle groups such as chest, etc.? I see upper and lower and love them, just a suggestion.
Way to bring in Day 2 of Week 2! I was looking forward to the new videos this week and this did not disappoint. I loved building up through the levels. I was able to do find balance and correct form to do the single leg hinge and I think i did three spiderman push ups, but them just did the foot work without the pushup for the rest of the time. Day 2 week 2. Loved the workout! My challenge answer for today....nutritional gain: I got an awesome healthy turkey chili recipe from my SIL and tweaked it to make it a go-to, high-protein staple for my son and I. I make a big batch about once a week. :)

Week two! I fell off Monday and wasn’t feeling it Wich I felt really bad over so I did Monday’s and today’s and I’m feeling back on it!! Felt like I was a bit sloppy gotta work at it but I’m happy that I completed the workouts! I hate how I feel when I’m not consistent! And I kept thinking of week one be consistent because I always fall off on challenges and don’t want to do that anymore!! Thank you Juice N Toya!!🔥💯 Now to finish off the night with some nutrition!!!
WOD last night ! Very tough , specially the third set with those “spider man push-ups and the floor dip toe-touch “ ; extremely difficult for me but I love challenges so I enjoyed it very much . I am very grateful for you guys and can’t wait to continue working out with you .
Day 9 wow! I can already feel myself getting so much stronger. I think I already drink 100 oz of water a day living in Arizona ha! I'll keep up with the hydration. Killer workout, that one was challenging but I did it. Thanks Juice and Toya!
Another great workout and I definitely worked up a HUGE sweat! Loved the progression in levels for this video too. Not many nutritional wins for the day, except for my usual breakfast oatmeal (I do 40g rolled oats, 15g coconut, 30g walnuts, 16g peanut butter powder, and 180ml oat milk - so fast and delicious, no sweetener needed!). For dinner tonight, doing some lentil pasta with asparagus, mushrooms, artichoke, olives, and tomatoes. Can't wait to eat it - gonna need it after this workout! : )

I'm feeling a little under the weather today so I had to do modifications. I'm working on eating clean, portion control and frequent meals. I plan on drinking a lot of water to help me feel better faster.

W2D2 done! I can do all three levels lower body, but am stuck on level 1 with anything in a push-up position. Gotta keep working on it! I’m having a protein filled breakfast to recover with some Greek yogurt and nutty granola.

I'm increasing my intake of vegetables...meal prep included vegan asparagus soup. Easy recipe which is enough for this week and 4 servings to freeze for next month. My favorite type of meal prep! I also started the 100 ounces of water goal a day early!

I’ll be the first to say it. I didn’t finish 😞 last round was a done deal I just March in place until it was done. I completed the first two but man this workout definitely kicked my butt. Hopefully I can come back stronger tomorrow.

I had a really nice sweat and pump after this 30 minute workout, which I've had enjoyed for the most part. Subsequently, I prepared a healthy balanced meal, that includes meat, a small portion of rice, fruits, and some leafy veggies that I liked. Personally, I like eating healthy foods that I prefer ingesting to motivate myself in achieving my fitness goals. Btw, the workout is fire! 🔥🔥
Round 1 felt like a warmup but after the 2nd and 3rd rounds, I was sweating like crazy!!! I'm a day behind but I still look forward to each AWESOME workout!

Great workout! I will be saving this. For dinner, I will be having a salmon salad (spring mix, salmon, boiled eggs, green beans, red potatoes, capers optional and olives optional... Good stuff. I actually meal prepped this week.

Loved it, it definitely challenged me!! I even tried to jump at the end like Juice!! Thank god I didn't fall lol!! I am working on healthier food options such as more complex carbs in my diet! I am also trying to increase my protein and add more water. I have also been doing green juices using green apples, cucumber, parsley, spinach, lots of ice and ginger!!

I finally am able to do some of the advanced exercises in any of your workouts! Thank you both for helping me lose 70lbs! Do you have workouts that are targeted toward certain muscle groups such as chest, etc.? I see upper and lower and love them, just a suggestion.

I was able to do find balance and correct form to do the single leg hinge and I think i did three spiderman push ups, but them just did the foot work without the pushup for the rest of the time. This is my second fitness challenge with you all and it is very motivating! Thank you Juice and Toya!

Day 2 week 2. Loved the workout! My challenge answer for today....nutritional gain: I got an awesome healthy turkey chili recipe from my SIL and tweaked it to make it a go-to, high-protein staple for my son and I. I make a big batch about once a week. :)

Week two! I fell off Monday and wasn’t feeling it Wich I felt really bad over so I did Monday’s and today’s and I’m feeling back on it!! Felt like I was a bit sloppy gotta work at it but I’m happy that I completed the workouts! I hate how I feel when I’m not consistent! And I kept thinking of week one be consistent because I always fall off on challenges and don’t want to do that anymore!! Thank you Juice N Toya!!🔥💯

WOD last night ! Very tough , specially the third set with those “spider man push-ups and the floor dip toe-touch “ ; extremely difficult for me but I love challenges so I enjoyed it very much . I am very grateful for you guys and can’t wait to continue working out with you .

Day 9 wow! I can already feel myself getting so much stronger. I think I already drink 100 oz of water a day living in Arizona ha! I'll keep up with the hydration. Killer workout, that one was challenging but I did it. Thanks Juice and Toya!

Another great workout and I definitely worked up a HUGE sweat! Loved the progression in levels for this video too. Not many nutritional wins for the day, except for my usual breakfast oatmeal (I do 40g rolled oats, 15g coconut, 30g walnuts, 16g peanut butter powder, and 180ml oat milk - so fast and delicious, no sweetener needed!). For dinner tonight, doing some lentil pasta with asparagus, mushrooms, artichoke, olives, and tomatoes. Can't wait to eat it - gonna need it after this workout! : )

I'm feeling a little under the weather today so I had to do modifications. I'm working on eating clean, portion control and frequent meals. I plan on drinking a lot of water to help me feel better faster.

W2D2 done! I can do all three levels lower body, but am stuck on level 1 with anything in a push-up position. Gotta keep working on it! I’m having a protein filled breakfast to recover with some Greek yogurt and nutty granola.

I'm increasing my intake of vegetables...meal prep included vegan asparagus soup. Easy recipe which is enough for this week and 4 servings to freeze for next month. My favorite type of meal prep! I also started the 100 ounces of water goal a day early!

For today’s active recovery day, I chose to do this workout following Toya for the modified versions of the exercises. I also ended the day with doing the upper/lower body stretches from the previous weeks!

20 min was all I could stand of this. I finished with 30 min on treadmill. Will work my way up to be able to do a full 30 min with you.

I’ll be the first to say it. I didn’t finish 😞 last round was a done deal I just March in place until it was done. I completed the first two but man this workout definitely kicked my butt. Hopefully I can come back stronger tomorrow.

I had a really nice sweat and pump after this 30 minute workout, which I've had enjoyed for the most part. Subsequently, I prepared a healthy balanced meal, that includes meat, a small portion of rice, fruits, and some leafy veggies that I liked. Personally, I like eating healthy foods that I prefer ingesting to motivate myself in achieving my fitness goals. Btw, the workout is fire! 🔥🔥
