Mailchimp has hundreds of amazing videos explaining the product. It can be intimidating for a beginner. What is the minimum number of steps required to get a campaign up and running? Could you list the videos in your RUclips channel in the correct order to accomplish the same?
Hey Luke. The Top Locations list will show the top 5 locations, and will show countries as well as cities, based on each contact's general area, as long as your contacts have opened enough emails to collect this data. Otherwise, you can segment your contacts based on Geolocation, and see each contact's location within their contact profile.
@@mailchimp My account (and in your RUclips video here) shows otherwise. Where is this list of top 5 countries supposed to be? I'm not looking to segment my contacts, just trying to see the breakdown of my audience based on country.
It will only show 5 locations under Top Locations if 5 or more have been collected via Geolocation. Geolocation data takes time to collect, however, and will not populate right away. On desktop, click the "Audience" icon > Audience Dashboard > Scroll down to "Engagement." Here, you'll see Top Locations listed. We have a bit more info here: eepurl.com/dyij7P
@@mailchimp It only shows the top 3 cities for me, with no other options (just like in this RUclips video, except his only shows 2 cities). I have 24,000+ contacts in my audience between 100+ countries, so that's not the issue. On desktop, *Audience > All contacts > Overview* shows my audience's top location by country, but only shows the top 2...

The "Top locations" list only shows the top 2? And it's restricted to cities?

@@mailchimp I was actually able to find what I needed on the mobile app, but this data doesn't seem to be available on desktop...
