What about importing prior contact history? When you upload just the basic contact details that creates the records but is useless when it comes to filtering. I tried to import last meeting and email but got an error that said that was read only. Is there a way to import past activity as a one time load when starting a new CRM in hubspot?

You can import contacts and companies.
What if some people have three letter names for e.g. 'frank un walter'. How do I split this in just two names it makes 3 columns
