      It is one of the Body Locks. Squeeze the anus, sexual organs and belly.

    im only counting 6 exercises
    1 Locust
    2 plank on elbows
    3 plank straight arms
    4 side plank
    5 back platform
    6 stretch pose
    what am i missing?
