AT BF4's launch, Premium cost $49.99 USD, so $20 more than this cosmetic bundle for a couple skins. Premium gave you 5 expansion packs with 20 maps and and dozens of additional new weapons and vehicles. It's just sad at this point.

After all what they've done in BF2042 since beta i don't have problem of saying OK because we've been there since the begging and today it's the final day, but what is scaring me the most are the official news of the next BF which you've already listed it in this channel.
I actually hope the franchise will be put to hold and continued only by a company who is able and passionate. With Dice the series is heading towards inevitable doom.
Now I see why EA sent out those surveys asking about our willingness to spend more money on cosmetics. Apparently enough people were cool with this or EA just doesn't care and did it anyway. This is gaming in 2024 and it's gross. Playing since the mid 90's, I never thought there would be a point in my life where I could hate the gaming landscape as a whole but here we are with unfinished games and predatory macrotransactions among many, many other problems.
Battlefield wants to be Call of Duty and Rainbow 6 so bad. This is the only reason why specialists/operators were put in the game to begin with. Remember when EA's CEO Andrew Wilson said after the games horrible launch that they were inspired by Call of Duty Modern Warfare's "innovations" quote unquote. This is the "innovations" they were talking about. God forbid you can't make a game that works at release and is fun to play, but you can sure as hell put nickle and dime people with pointless, garbage skins for cringy characters. Why do we need to be ok with the publisher wanting to squeeze blood out of a stone and treating their players like ATMS? It's taking resources away that could be spent making more guns, maps, and weapons for us. You know, actual content.

I've never seen someone completely bend over so hard for a multi-billion dollar who doesn't give a shit about them. You're part of the problem. We had to demand these changes in this game just to get it where it is today. Without those "crybabies" we wouldn't have had better maps, voice chat, a scoreboard, a squad function, and classes brought back to the game. The classic "shut up and consume" mentality.
