This one turned into a frankincense Paslode.
One gun made out of 3.
The first part of this repair was simply to messy, a lot of swapping parts and testing, before finally having a working gun.
The second part I needed to service it to leave it right. So I decided to do compleat how to video.
This is evert step needed to do a standard service on the IM360CI nail gun.
These guns do require a regular service, moreso than the IM350, as due to the hight gas content in each shot, there is extra carbon left over from unburnt gas. This eventually builds up and gets deposited on the walls of the firing chamber.
Gumming everything up and leaving a hard dry residue.
The best way to remove this tag buildup, is by using paint thinners. It seems to be the only this thay will eat it away.
