NACA is one of the best first time homebuyer programs. I had such a wonderful experience. Although the process takes time and patience, it was so rewarding to get approved and to buy my home at the end!
The NACA WEB file is a big help when attempting to purchase a home.
At first it seems overwhelming but once you build a routine on uploading your paperwork it becomes easier.

NACA has made us feel as if we are able to make a difference for our children to be able to provide a stable living situation for them. And to show them we can buy a home
This website is a complete mess and needs to be re-done!!! I couldn't imagine it being any worse then it is now! I am unable to delete things. My daughter was added on as my husband and I was unable to delete it! Also i have to upload 12 bank statements but the site isn't willing to take all 12🤦🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️
This is very helpful. I started my NACA homebuyer process. it seems very easy and user-friendly platform. I hope I will be able to be a homeowner here in Maryland!
Has NACA changed their policy on leaving your home to heirs should something God forbid happen to you and you have no spouse. Can your children inherit your home?
NACA is great!
This did NOT show anything about HOW to set the appointment. No example of how to select dates. The system as of today just shows a pop up "missing appointment date" on every date selected for 3 months. Is there not just ONE calendar that shows AVAILABLE appointments?

How do I view what I uploaded? This needs to updated to allow users to actually see their files after uploading them.
I was told to upload the last 3 months of check stubs but it dosnt let me add more than 5 check stubs. I am so confused
The booking an appointment part was glossed over. It is not clear how to confirm that you actually have an appointment scheduled. It shows an open calendar that refreshes the entire page every time you lick a new date. I sat there for 20 minutes clicking through each individual date until I got an availability 5 months down the road. July 1st Friday at 2 pm. I tried to schedule it, save and continue. Usually the page moves on to the next after hitting " continue and save " . It just sat there. It didnt matter how many times i tried to schedule it. Nothing happened. No Email not sort of check or confirmation on screen. NOTHING. How do I know if I actually have an appointment scheduled? Do I have to call and ask for a rep? Its all very unclear.
Starting my NACA process this Saturday wish me luck! This was great information.

So on the intake prep on the web file, I noticed when I stop and log out...then log back in I have to start all over again

NACA can be a long process, but when you close your house with low interest and no down payment you would feel like your perseverance paid off.
How long those this take?

I did this after my webinar session but was told I have to do another webinar session. Hopefully the second time goes better.

Please explain, after I upload the photo ID it said member, expectation date, date of birth, l filled out birth date expiration date, but can't click on member to fill in to let me continue what is the issue?
When I upload my stubs, and putting in the pay, it doesn't let me include the cents. For example, if my check is $264.44, it won't let me add the cents. I've tried using chrome and IE. Will this be a problem?

Does anyone know if it’s gonna be a huge issue that I have a credit card from 2019 that was charged off? It wasn’t that long ago but it hasn’t gone into collections yet I’m just worried I don’t want this to set me back.
How do you delete files in profile? The option does not show on my file although I see the option during tutorial.
It doesn't allow you to delete your information on your file, it's theirs now
I think your counselor is the only one that can delete items. Ask him/her when you go to your meeting.@ A. Monet
I completed my web-file, but was unable to select a date for an appointment. How can I book an appointment?
Did you do the webinar today ? 12/6 ? If so I just had that same problem. I had to pay my membership fee and for my credit reports
@@lifewithmarjones2461 yes I did. How did you pay for the membership and reports? It only let me input my banking info but nothing was paid.
@@prettyncali4518 you don’t pay until after your appointment, (has to be that way) and it should have allowed you to make an appointment I hope that the slots aren’t all filled up for you!!

In the esign consent you said said to click yes, but I dont see a yes to click on for the Naca agreement.

For employment, Am I just putting my current employment information only or all my employment from this year?
And also for debt. Would that be my car loan? and credit card balance ?
Also my driver's license has my family home address but I've been at my apartment for 7 years. Do I have yo update my drivers license with my apartment address? I have a copy of my lease.
I put in my info for voter registration my husband saids inactive mine said not register if I clip in edit it saids sorry we encounter an error processing your request please try again I put in add a new one it asked the name then it saids upload voter verification it saids it went in my husbands and mine nothing changed I can’t move forward. I called was sent to RUclips with no answer to wat I need. Called many times no answer

We are just starting our journey and cannot wait to find out dream home, my issue is that I cannot get ahold of any MC in our area or even remotely :( we have everything, completed the workshop and cannot find someone for an appointment, is there anywhere else we can go to make it? Nobody is answering the phone

@@erica19201 I did, my local office is in Los Angeles and they are not picking up, maybe they are swamped with work :( I signed up for the event but it is until october 3rd, I was hoping to do it sooner but if not I will wait, Thank you so much for putting this info out and helping us! I went through the webfile webinar tonight and they were saying 5 offices had no admin so other offices were helping them. Maybe check the next closest office and see if they are assisting your office.I know they said offices in TX, Mass, Detroit and a couple others were being helped with other locations. Also, if you are on facebook look up the unofficial NACA page. Lots of MC's are there and they were also helping people.
