    I used NACA in 2019 and it was a wonderful experience. My realtor drove 2hrs on multiple occasions, my loan officer and counselor were amazing. It was a quick process for me. I think if you have your stuff in order (finances, employment, tax returns and proof of rental history it is smooth). My local office in either direction is 2-3 hours. I found my house in November and closed on Feb 13, 2019.

    If you have access to one of their Achieve the Dream events, do that. I went and was able to get through the workshop and an intake session with a mortgage counselor the same day because I pre-registered and had all my documents. That knocks about two months out of the process.

    YASSSS I CAN TOTALLY RELATE TO WHAT YOU ARE SAYING WHEN YOU SAY NACA IS SIMILAR TO AN HBCU FINANCIAL AID OFFICE! LOL I HAD THE EXPERIENCE WHEN I WENT TO ONE. AND IF I DIDN'T GET ENOUGH WHEN I WENT, I AM NOW EXPERIENCING IT WITH MY DAUGHTER WHO IS CURRENTLY ATTENDING AN HBCU! GREAT VIDEO. EXCELLENT, DETAILED INFORMATION OF THE PROGRAM. GOOD LUCK ON MEETING ALL YOUR GOALS AND GETTING A HOME VERY SOON!!

    I went through this same feeling. I’ve done my payment shock for 6 months bc I live with family, all my other docs/credit is on point so I’m going planning to look into a backup lender. I don’t want to lose a home bc of their reputation

      So did you ever close with them? How did it go? I also stay with family members but don’t want them to know I’m trying to purchase a house. Did Naca even contact your family?

    Yes, you're on point already on how naca works. I'm going through now but i wish I would have known more about their process. I've been under contract since March and probably won't close until August/September. Don't be in rush because it might/will take some time with naca.

    😂 I didn’t go to an HBCU but I still know what you mean 😂 IMO customer service is important because the home buying process is lengthly!!!!
    But I do know someone who purchased using NACA.

    Multifamily is any home that has multiple apt units. With NACA that is any home with 2 to 4 units. Duplex, triplex, quadplex

    OOOOh, I feel sorry for you having to sit through that THREEEE hrs talk again...ON A SATURDAY.
    In the beginning, we were told to stay to the end. When we got to the end and received the code, like you, I ALMOST stepped away from the zoom call to register the following Monday when she said YOU HAVE TO REGISTER NOW.
    So yeah, she did say it only I think that something as important as that should be EMPHASIZED @ THE BEGINNING! lol
    But all in all, stay the course.
    I'm looking forward to the process. And very nice job on the review of The NACA Program.

      Is confusing so many ppl are talking about fixing their credit in comments but the website says no credit check idk what the program is about

    • @ShayWilliam341
      @ShayWilliam341 Год назад

      @@Nylah-lm9osthey don’t look at your credit score, but they do look at your credit history and rental history and savings pattern it’s basically a character based lender

    • @ShayWilliam341
      @ShayWilliam341 5 месяцев назад

      @@Nylah-lm9os Naca doesn’t look at credit score however they look at your credit history to see if your paying your bills on time. You do need to clean your credit because they will not approve you if you have recent late payments.
