The "One Punch Man" series is NOT ending. Just adding a 2nd series to keep it fresh. Hope you all enjoy it. Leave a like, it helps out.
good, was about to yell, noooo, one punch man series is cool, specally for someone who dont know the anime hahaha
Main deck of a ship is 00. As decks go down, number increases. 1 deck down from main deck is 1. One deck up from main is 01. So deck 10 is the bottom. Floors are decks, walls are bulkheads, ceilings are the overhead. Rooms are compartments, stairs are ladders, horizontal doors are hatches.

As a U.S. Navy Veteran, and having served onboard an aircraft carrier, CVN 69 Dwight D. Eisenhower. I can confirm decks are numbered downwards from the hanger bay and upwards from there are referred to as levels. EG. Deck 1, Deck2,, level 01, level 02. The "Flight Deck" is on level 03, hence the "04", "05", "06", seen on control towers.
@@daxhunter7630 as a tin can sailor I wouldn't have guessed that the main deck wasn't the flight deck.
Main deck is hangars if the ship has a hanger, so the bigger amphibs and carriers
Now THIS looks like a sweet mod! I'll have to give this one a try. Here's your laugh for the day - my youngest son, you know, the one who watches you faithfully with me, laughs at your mistakes, cheers your successes - that one? He noticed right off that the "shotgun" was actually a grenade launcher. When YOU noticed, he said "AWWWW.....I was hoping he wouldn't figure it out and would blow himself up the first time he shot it!"
Now THAT"S some cold slag, right there. 😆😆😆😆
I would add my vote to remove the Hordes completely. They don't fit with the scheme of the game and, IMO, would just be a PITA rather than something cool.
Well tell him sorry to disappoint, I'll have to find another way to blow myself up. lol

Excited for this! A smaller YT'er named Venom is doing a series here also, called "The Flight To Survive" (if anyone understands the movie reference it'd be you lol) but he did a horde night episode (so no spoilers I don't think) very recently if you wanted to see what it looked like. for him it went pretty smooth it seemed, all the zombies came from the same way...but there was sooooo many loot bags.
I started following him and he never fails to make me laugh😂

Always good to see more Capp vids. Those rattlesnakes were offering to be your faithful serpent. Put them on the front of a vehicle and they could be your windshield viper. There were certainly ENOUGH of them.

Dude! Even after the first episode is over I feel the need to tell you...I LOVE IT!!! This IS right along the lines of Mall of the Dead and I absolutely loved that one lol. I am SO looking forward to this series continuing to completion. This is a permadeath series though isn't it? No doubt your skills will be very useful and will propel you through that Carrier. I look forward to the continuing episodes man. Thank you for what you do for our entertainment Capp.
Main deck is 1, going up they have O in front...O1, O2... Decks going down from the main deck will be 2,3,4...etc...
Seriously commented on all my followed 7d2d creators to try this mod and so glad its you. I'm on day 63 and the mod launcher has glitched and wont let me continue my game. This is harder than it looks. Huge poi and getting lost is an understatement. will say for the first few days your knife and any stamina perks, points u can get you need to use. absolute beast of a ship. look forward to reliving my playthrough watching your style sir
My husband served on an Aircraft Carrier. He was down in the engines. CVN 71, the USS Theodore Roosevelt.
This was built to closely resemble the USS Ford class of aircraft carrier which one of the Devs had the honour to serve aboard

@@cmmeeks18 As a none military Brit, it goes over my head. The military man of the dev team, DevilsKut, he's a full blooded Texan man. He's the brains, I'm the Crash Test Dummy (playtester) and one of the builders
Decks and Levels start together at 1 decks go down and levels go up. On a carrier the Flight deck would be deck 1 and the level above that on the tower is level 1.
It basically refers to the superstructure as levels and anything below the deck of the ship (the top part you see from above) as decks.
REally looking forward to the next episode. This is so awesome to watch. Please continue even if you die due to the difficulty. You can clearly see how difficult it is and instead of just playing it in recommended default you up the difficulty even more. It is still awesome to watch to see how far you can get. or restart in the recommended playthrough to make it more balanced with the amount of ammo you get to crowed control

Watching REALLY late but this looks awesome. Never seen this poi/mod before and it looks really good, lots of detail, lots of loot and, of course, lots of zombies. Good luck Capp 🙂

I’ll add my vote for no horde nights. They’ll just turn the ship into Swiss cheese and you’ll end up not knowing where to go. Or at least the intended path will be lost.

Nah, they tend to only carve 2-3 paths in, we built enough hidden stability to take care of digging hordes

@@zackpedersen2666 This is true but I did do a few no base, 128 zombie horde nights and I ran the whole ship fighting and there was no major collapses and gave us worries or concerns

The "skiff" youre referencing is a rhib. Rigid hull inflateable boat. And the they that drop the seals off are swcc. Special warefare combat crewmen. Theyre pretty badass and they dont get any love. Also rhibs have many many other uses and not a seals only infiltration method.
Capp, im loving the series so far its cool mod! I think this will be a challebge enough without the horde nights! Plus, we have one punch man for that :).
My Dad was on an aircraft carrier many years ago, which was huge but much smaller than they are now! Nice concept for a mod and looks like great fun and quite a challenge. Thanks Capp xx

Ok Capp funny story! Was looking for a different mod to watch and found this on a channel I've never watched before. I managed to watch for about 10 minutes before I couldn't take the guys monotone, quiet voice and had to turn it off. I was so disappointed! Then here comes you! I'm so excited to get to watch this! Dude you totally rock!

@@scritti123 I'm referred to as the Crash Test Dummy of the mods dev team, I do a lot of the play testing and building I'm not as great on the coding side. The real big brains of the mod are DevilsKut and TechGeek_20
Decks are usually numbered upwards from the main deck, and going down they also go up in number as you go towards the bottom of the ship
Interesting so far see the grand daddy of all snake fall out of the ceiling and chase you around the ship
At least you hit the zombies, when I play 7 days, I panic and start flailing 😂

As someone who has completed this challenge as a team member its great to see Bigger content creators trying this challenge, you have got rid of most of the bad zombies on the floor your on & you soo close to getting to the trader you stood next to the red door you need to get up to Her/Him ????
I also was screaming at the screen "why did you scrap them office chairs when you had a wrench"" the items you get from wrenching are soo important in this challenge
You forgot to loot the hidden stack boxes in the toilet under the weapons bag. The toilet where zombie came crashing throug the wall

For this type of mod/overhaul, the Learn By Doing modlet would be very useful. Especially early on...
If you wanted to RP that this was a scientific research vessel, the Exotic Ammo modlet would be interesting. Shooting zombies with glass infused bullets is an awesome idea.

We reduced certain magazine requirements in certain skills to reflect the difficulties of finding appropriate reading materials, such as there are no seed books, halved the workstation and vehicle books etc. Would be interesting to try with a learn by do system though

He's missed a good 6 hidden goodies already, we planted loads. Have to check EVERYWHERE, we've had people banging on every wall in every room looking for all the "hidden" rooms, passageways and loot stashes!
interesting challenge definetly make you use all the experience u had playing 7 days . i like it .
Inside the tanks, there are boxes. N I vote just remove the hordes

Some of the mod creators were in a friends stream when they were playing through the challenge and I believe they said there are directions in the quest description on how to get to the Trader.

Hey Capp! This new series looks really cool and difficult (seeing a White on Day 1?) Snakes are not usually know to live on ships, so I'll be counting the number of snakes killed. This episode: 9 snakes killed.
And, btw, HJ-10 is a Chinese Anti-Tank missile.
There are only a handful of the wights hidden around the ship, we set a lot of...... surprises around the place, we didn't feel wight evil the whole time. Who knows, maybe a grace or two........................

There's options so it doesn't have to be a permadeath, forest biome adventurer difficulty is pretty chill but the loot be lacking due to biome so that would be more of the challenge there
In the beginning back side of the tunnel there is ammo, wolves and something I don’t remember what it was.
Awww, why would you give him the heads up to the Canine Kill Cave, that's the best bit rofl (Tier 3 poi loot chest is the something else, might make it more worth it in one of the planned updates)

There is weapons bags on most of those big vehicles/tanks somewhere on top of them i can't believe u didnt see them when u were on top of them lol

Capp00, we all know your aim is bad enough you can’t hit the broad side of a barn. Yet you still manage to hit the skinny saplings with a bicycle without trying!
What you need is a mod that turns Zombies into trees.
Can chop up all those tiles on the floor for 2 wood maybe? Unless they were very cruel and made them out of concrete.....
around the beginning tunnel? Nah, that's not worth it, the effort on food and water at the very beginning is far too high, plus we left a good few stacks of wood near the vehicle bay for starting off. They are made of wood but that's a cool and cruel idea to make them out of concrete and just paint them to look like wood, ty, I feel a change being made in one of the planned updates...... :D

Well, Capp, you get a pass on all previous gaming faults, real or assumed. The pure originality of the setting is a hoot. Good luck on your journey (my only worry is that you'll have a hard time finding your way back to your stashes after a certain amount of time passes)! (Kind of surprised you didn't check out the tank turret hatches to see if you could go inside.)
The zombie numbers seem a little heavy for starting out, but you are gathering Skill Points rapidly. The Mod Devs should have added a Crowbar so you could pry open locked hatches, heh. 😎

I had just played this series and died a few times and got mad an quit. Died on day 1 from the wolves 7 and on day like 10. Did enjoy it tho. There were 2 traders.

There are hatches but it would be rather irresponsible for us to leave them unlocked, maybe there's another way in that we missed, maybe a weakspot somewhere, nah, surely not

So I agree that wonky things happening shouldn't count as death but if this mod follows the same permadeath rules as the Dishong Tower does, it's not going to let you continue. It forces you to start over.
There are options that you can turn permadeath off, you can have it where you come back injured, come back fine too etc

Being this is a mod I'm going to make 1 suggestion, slow down a bit. Running into knew areas is going to cost you ammo and maybe even more, especially being there are higher end zombies right away. Of course, it's only a suggestion.
Oh yeah, there isn't enough ammo for everything in there, not even close....

@@jamesherman1350 We originally planned it to be a stealth wins kind of mod but as the Crash Test Dummy (play tester) of the devs, a melee rush build can be quite effective too
Btw, I also vote for no hordes.
just so you will know there are places with a lot of ORDNANCE in them that you cannot use, but you can search them what you will find is anyones guess.
We've given them custom loot tables depending on what missile you rummage through

@@anyamarie42 Yes, I was merely adding to your point with "what you will find is anyone's guess" that it is a custom loot table, so you can't guess what you could get. We originally had vehicle loot table for the missiles but it made them OP for vehicle books, batteries and engines

Phew, yeah we did, we originally had it with a tier 1 stone axe, tier 2 bone knife, 1 chilli, 1 water and 1 first age bandage. We felt tickling Z's with the bone knife was useless and gave people an upgrade to hit the ground running rather than hit the ground dead lol

every 7dtd youtuber just does this one thing that annoys me xD they say they're gonna pick up everything but then leaves behind the actual good items (that one steroid at 5:50) when you easily couldve put it in your hotbar xD
