"If your skin is prone to hyperpigmentation, remember that any irritation or inflammation is an invitation for hyperpigmentation". Even you had to laugh. 😅 Your rhyming is definitely on point. It made me laugh, too.
I also just started having hyperpigmentation when i arrived in australia. I live in a tropical country, never used sun screen but had no problem with acne and dark spots. I have tried a lot of products and this video narrowed my options with an affordable price. Thank you.
New subscriber here😊 did you use azclear all over the face or just the area you wanted to treat? And how long we are supposed to use it for pigmentation? Thanks in advance 😊
Hi Razia! I’m 23 and I’ve gone my whole life without acne but recently I broke out on my cheeks significantly :( I was able to get rid of the active breakouts with DUAC (prescription gel) and I swear I did not pick at them at all but they still left really red post acne hyperpigmentation marks and it’s really really frustrating. Which one of these products do you think I would benefit from? Sorry for the lengthy comment!
Hey! Thanks for watching! Yea red marks post acne can happen even without picking. Picking just makes everything a lot worse lol. I think the Good Molecules Discolouration Serum will help. It has both tranexamic acid and niacinamide which both help redness so hopefully that one works for you!
Hi Razia, your video is an opener to my hyper pigmentation issue. But my skin is not acne prone, and pigmentation doesn’t happen due to acne, over the time, I started developing pigmentation around my mouth, jaw line and around the nose. I’ve not done anything about it except for using sun screen before I step outside. Can I still start using the products you’ve mentioned in the video ?
Hi Razia! I have hyperpigmentation plus some brown acne spots and i've the ordinary ascorbic acid 8% + alpha arbutin 2% and i wanna use another product as a combo for my hyperpigmentation but i'm so confused..so do u think yuja niacin some by mi serum would be better or glow serum axis-y or la roche posay efaclar serum or the pola's chioce bha exfoliant? Imma definitely use the ascorbic acid at morning and other exfoliants at night
If its quite bad it may be worth visiting a derm. From what I know soothing and anti-inflammatory ingredients like Niacinamide and centella asiatica can help reduce the redness of PIE marks. Hope this helps!
hi thank you so much for this video, i currently have dry skin, as well as texture like some white heads and i really been struggling w texture as well as dark spots. i been using, Cerva SA, moring and night and i use halyronic acid moring and night, alpha burtin moring and night, and at night i use paula choice 2 percent BHa, and i use ultra repair moisturizer i am thinking bout switching to a gentle cleaner in the moring and for dark spots any recommendations love?
Hey thanks for watching! Thats a really great routine! How long have you been using this routine, bc everything you're using is addressing the skin concerns you have mentioned. Yes since you have dry skin I think it would be a good idea to use the hydrating cleanser in the AM. Another point to mention is to maybe not use the PC BHA everyday as it can be too harsh on the skin. To help with dark spots keep using the alpha arbutin and I'd suggest adding niacinamide as well. Azclear Azelaic acid also is really helpful for me with reducing dark spots and texture. Using azclear 3-4 times a week might do the trick. And make sure to be using sunscreen daily as well. I hope this helps. 💕
Hi i hope u'll reply ❤️ i wanted to ask should i apply tranexamic acid before alpha arbutin or after alpha arbutin ?? Also does it cause purging or any kinda reaction?? Nd can i apply tranexamic acid if i use AHA's for exfoliation thank you ❤️
I apply tranexamic acid as my final step just before moisturiser. No shouldn't cause any reaction. If it does then best to stop using as this means your skin doesn't like it. Yes you can use it with AHA.
Hmm I'd say you can wear tranexamic acid every night as its very gentle, as long as your skin tolerates it. Tranexaminc acid can also be layered with BHA. Azelaic acid is also very gentle and can be used daily and layered with tranexamic acid. My only suggestion would be to use azelaic acid and BHA on seperate nights to avoid any potential irritation. And be sure to not use BHA too frequently as well as its quite strong. I hope this helps!

Razia, can you tell me about about the drawbacks of hydroquinone?
Does azclear pill when layer with other skincare?
Can you recommend anything for PIE... By the way I live in Canada and Azealic Acid is not offered here😔

Is there a dupe for the azclear azelaic acid treatment?
Hello razia i live in Sydney where do u live?
Do you use the azclear over your whole face or just spot treatment 🙂
I use it over my cheeks and jaw which is my problem area. You can use it as either way, up to you :)

Can I use tranexamic acid, BHA (paulas choice) and azelaic acid together? If yes, how do you suggest i layer them and can i use them everyday?

Dr V says that we can't use glycolic acid .
Hmm I see different opinions from different doctors. At the end of the day you know what works best for your skin :)
