I’m very surprised you did not mention the Microsoft PC manager app for PC cleaning and optimisation. It’s the safest out there because it’s straight from Microsoft and it has a bunch of useful tools all in one place. And it just got released into the store.
whatsapp is also available, mytube for youtube so much better than web browser, ms one note, speedtest, one drive, skype, linkedin, perfect dictionary from windows phone days, windows file recovery,... and many more. note UWP are more effecient apps than the normal ones.

There are no benefits except for seeing all apps that are installed from the MS store and the last time they were updated.

They did say that PC optimizers for Windows 10 (and by extension Windows 11) are unnecessary
windows doesn't need clean nor optimization.
They have recommended things like Bleach Bit in the past.
My store does not appear so I can't use or obtain any of the apps. Have researched but have not discovered the solution.

I tried many duplicate file finders and all of them are roughly 80% accurate. I cannot find any tool that fixes my 123,000+ duplicate MP3 songs.
