Samsung, Visa, Dell are already up North. Now the new Apple campus will be built there, too. It will be inside the triangle between hwy 183, I-35 and Toll Rd 45.
Do you know when construction will begin on the townhomes in Northline (Leander)?

Can you please elaborate on where the major employers are located? I’d like to know which parts of North Austin you are referring to as I’m not from the area.
Yes, of course! Apple is building a new campus near hwy 183 and hwy 45. Samsung is in north Austin near Parmer Ln, VISA is close as well. Intel is off Mopac and Far West. Indeed is off 360 and 183. Tesla is the only one that will be near the airport.

I’ve never had to take a toll road and am a bit concerned about the long term cost if this is something that I must factor into my monthly budget.
@@SilverbugInc Roughly 20-30 mins. 183A is the toll road, I don’t remember exactly how much it is, but if you get a textag, you’ll get 30% discount. My monthly toll bill is about $20 and I drive A LOT! :)
