"You all remember when we first got thrown together on this fleet..." ....when your entire home planet was decimated and all of these kids no doubt lost most of their extended families and friends. Now that's a teacher I trust to handle my traumatized kids. And later SHE asks her brother, ..."Are you trying to frighten the children?" ....um....Athena, I think you just demonstrated that these kids handle traumatic experiences pretty damn well. (Unless the whole class is just too high on Ritalin to care.) Okay aside from that Athena seems like a likable character, and the show in general seems to have a fun kind of camp. But I agree with the creator of the new show, the characters in this one take the situation WAY too well.
Think you're confused with American-Canedian actress of Korean descent Grace Park who reprised the role of the Athena-Agathon in the re-imagined series BSG from 2003.
@@KTLam Grace Park played Boomer in the new series I think - not that I have watched that series much (giving up after five episodes). But Lakers is not entirely wrong, I think Maren Jensen is partly of Hawaiian descent which has a bit of an Asian mix in it. But no one talks about Apollo in the original series looking strongly Native American...
