I don’t do anything. If the brand didn’t put one on it then I’m not going to. I didn’t make the thing or know the laws around it. On Amazon for a shipment I just make up a date a year out
The products I prepared and packaged for shipment to Fba warehouses and the outer package measurements I pack for shipping are different from the size and weight I gave. Can I correct this information with out having to completely start over? if so how?

Great video in all the details ! A question off the topic - How do you deal with Amazon compliance requests for toys or other categories? Is there a chance to get those documents from TJX or distributor ? Can those requests lead to account suspension or something like that? Thank you !
The requests just end in the listing being taken down so you won’t get shut down. You can try your distributor. Retail stores won’t be any help. Most of mine have just gone away after I sold the product and the listings come back up from other sellers cause they’re hot products. My toys I’m selling now I’ve had no issues lately

Question- in your opinion, should I go for the clothing brands ungating next or take the plunge and ungate in Toys? I've heard clothing has more returns and issues??
IMO, go for Toys!! I went through my first Amazon Q4 last year and it was CRAZY!!! I made more in profit in November and December 2020 alone then I did the whole year selling on eBay. Get started now to get ungated bc if you want to do toys via FBM there is a criteria you have to meet. Once ungated in the category “toys” work on getting ungated in brands such as Disney, Lego, Barbie, Fisher-Price, Little Live Pets, Star Wars, Hasbro, Hot Wheels, Nintendo, and Jurassic World. And soo much more but those brands I made a killing and looking at those same brands for this year’s Q4 as well.

Hi, I’m new to your channel and in my first steps of researching of how to start selling on Amazon . What do you mean by scanning? How do you see the sales rank? Do you need a business account and my last question is who ships the product?

I watched how you create seller sku's and started doing it myself. I started thinking what if I get the item for a lower cost or slightly higher cost? Do you go change your sku's to match the replenishment items every time?
I don’t unless I had to make a whole new listing for some reason. If so you should never have two active at the same time FBA because it’s against their policy so you can only have one FBA listing at a time
@@NikkiKirk If you found the item at another store weeks later but the cost and break even price was higher how does the original sku coding help?
@@Lunchman.d I just try to remember that I got it for more. I don’t change them but if you are out of it and want to delete that listing and make a new one you can

Amazon keeps gating more and more items and categories. Amazon also puts alot of items in the wrong category and then gates it. I think people starting this now have a real steep uphill battle to deal with....
I’m I the only one that the Amazon Seller App scanner does not work while at a store, but works at home. So being unable to scan prevents me from seeing what I’m ungated in.
It could be the internet or cell service in the store. It happens sometimes for me

Nikki. What if Amazon shut you down tomorrow? I hate it that they also have the ability to ruin my life.
I’ve been shut down and it was stressful for sure but you can get your account back on your own or with help from an expert. Anything is possible and you don’t want to live in fear. I take it as it comes. Don’t let fear of anything stop you from what you want to do (I mean safely of course ;)
