Hey Nikki,I have found an item in grocery that has been selling pretty good for me. How can I scale on it?

Yes! You’re not alone I’m not sure anyone likes it haha! I can see how I could get used to it but I think it might drive me to IL now. Also I heard you can print labels easier there
@@NikkiKirk I'm in my second week of the IL free trial. I haven't gotten it all figured out yet. It's $25 a month more than seller board (I like seller board) and I'm still trying to figure out if that's a justifiable expense. but it's definitely easier to print labels on a Rollo. I can see that it could potentially save me a lot of time with the shipping aspect. At first I thought the scoutify 2 was a hooky waste because it didn't seem like it had an advantage over the seller central app. However, now I'm realizing you can create a buy list as you're putting things in your shopping cart, You can download the buy list as a CSV, create your own MSKU or make adjustments right on the CSV, And then upload it to IL - and you're ready to pack. It seems quick.
@@ScottWalker555 yea I need to learn IL to make shipments or it’s not worth it for me to pay for it. The learning curve is what’s stopping me, I don’t have time to learn it at the moment lol
I can't tell you what a relief it is to hear someone going through the same thing. I JUST started amazon, so this new system is all I know and everyone makes it seem like listing is no big deal. Now I know I'm not totally crazy haha! That void thing is going to be a game changer though. Thank you. I've been putting in my expirations for no reason then having to add them all over again at the end: losing my mind like "is this me or ...?!"

First of all I would like to thank Nikki for your great videos. Even though I have been doing FBA for a few years, I always learn something new.
And as for the new workflow:
As an online seller, it is my daily business to identify and implement changes. Something is constantly changing here, whether it's Amazon, the legal framework or taxes, so I always have to stay flexible. For the new workflow I needed a total of one hour, because there are tutorials and explanatory videos in the Amazon Seller University.

@13:59 I’ve been hitting the “View Contents” to print all Fsnsku labels for all units in each pack group. This option has worked for me since I am using 30 up/laser printer.
I also agree on the annoyance of a new workflow being created after adding a product. I haven’t been “deleting” the workflows but rather leaving the max of 9 pile up and hopefully I have no repercussions.

You can use label resizer to select the size of the label from the work flow and and print them right there from the rollo or dymo.
Now a change great.
Just started retail arbitrage and kept watching videos and couldn't figure out what I was doing wrong. Wasn't aware this was a new layout.

That’s awesome! There are just a few things I think they should have had people who send shipments test out because the voiding is the only dumb thing. Other than that it’s nice to have the photos there and packing shipments seems easier
Very, very interesting. AND, just re-enforces why most others use Inventory Lab. It's just very, very, very simple to ship batches into Amazon FBA. Amazon can change all the want on their end, IL just stays the same, and streamlines the process. Also, in IL you can ship multiple expiration dates within the same shipments. The different exp date must be in separate boxes, but it's all within the same shipment. No need to falsify exp dates...
I’m sure it is easy but I couldn’t figure it out and when I emailed for help they weren’t helpful. Everyone is different. I think Amazon is easy to ship with 🤷🏼♀️
Thank you Nikki for your insight into this. Could you give me an idea how many items at any time you have at an Amazon Fulfillment Center? Also, how often do you go shopping-once a week, more or less?
Thank you for the Rollo info! I was going crazy trying to figure out why it doesn't work at the end. I've been printing as I go and have a billion downloads by the time I'm done 😄
Haha that is what I was going to do! I did them in batches of like 10 products at a time

Ok, I figured out the Rollo Printer without the Rollo extension using the new Amazon Workflow.
1) Go to your printers and scanners. Choose Rollo Manage Printer
2) Choose Printing Preferences and create a new custom paper the size of your label. Under the settings tab. Apply so this paper size you created exists.
3) When you hit Print SKU Labels choose Thermal printing and the width of you label. Save the PDF
4) Open the PDF.
5) Hit Print to crate a Print Option Pop Up within the PDF reader.
6) Choose your printer from the top left drop down menu. "Rollo"
7) Here comes the important part - Choose Printer Properties. Under Layout tab click advanced.
8) From the Paper layout tab pick paper size, and choose the size of the label you create in Step 2 (I named mine FBA Labels)
9) Click OK until you come back to the pop up. Now you should see a picture of your label, and the document, and paper size is the same which is your label size.
10) Make sure you have Scale: None and Auto Center selected.
11) Hit OK to print.

Hi Nikki! Love your channel ... you're such an inspiration! I'm actually boxing my first shipment today!!! Using Rollo printer (was on call with support this morning figuring out the Chrome issue so still not fixed!!!). I'm sending just 1 box, 5 SKUs with 25 items. I did not see a box to upload spreadsheet to Amazon. Is this only when there are multiple boxes to ship? Thanks for clarifying!!!

Not sure what I am doing different, but I haven't had to void any workflows. I don't mind the new workflow, Except for the fact that it takes a lot longer to get things checked in. They make things "active", but then send your units to other warehouses. If the customer orders during this time, their ship date could be a month out. I had a shirt that took 3 weeks to get shipped out.
Ahh that is nothing new…unfortunately. You might have a backed up warehouse my shipment from last week was checked in already in Stockton

Oh man, I felt that frustration with having to void the workflows...it sucks. I was feeling I was missing something obvious and was just doing it the wrong way, so I am a bit relieved to hear it isn't just me!

Luckily I've never used the old workflow so this is the one and only process I am learning and it's not too bad
I just listed several products for FBA (my first shipment) but did not void the workflow. I just noticed I have over 10 workflows. Is the idea only to have 1 per shipment you send in FBA?
I was curious, do you ever have product sent back to you? Or does Amazon just keep it till they sell it no matter what? Thanks!
Maybe not much help but add all new listings as fbm then when all done then change to fba.
Hello, I've been losing alot of money by dropping my prices to stay competitive. Do you have a general rule of thumb on when it is wise to hold your price? Alot of prices jumped back up after I sold low :(
how do you add a SKU to a shipment? Every time I try to add an item, Amazon creates a whole new shipment with only the one SKU.
I seem stuck.with the multiple boxes part, and probably a simple thing i need to.do. I download the excel, fill it in, then this is where i am stuck - getting back to upload spreadsheet ( I also use Google Sheets). I keep having to download a new sheet. I know this is silly but how to you get from where the spreadsheet is displayed back to Shipping plan to upload excel?
Nikki I’m from Eugene. Do you think Eugene is a big enough market to make good money ? I guess I feel like small markets are hard to make money.

Please update us when the Rolo label extension starts working 😭. Do you know if with inventory Lab you don’t have to use this new work flow? I know they have their own system and only have to go back to amazon to confirm the shipment and where to send. I’m really debating getting inventory lab if I get to avoid this new system I just can’t seem to figure it out. Ugh
🍟🍅🍅 I tried to put together a small shipment using the new workflow and couldn't figure it out. But I was determined so I set aside an entire day the following day just to work on that. I never could figure it out and at the end of the day I had to go back and use the old workflow 🤬 now I'm in the free trial at inventory lab. There's a learning curve there as well but it's a little easier And I didn't have to deal with the new workflow on seller central.
what you could do is create your batch on inventory lab, but don't go create a shipment. do that on seller central through your inventory page by creating a replenishment for those products you added through inventory lab
Hi! Do you have any suggestions on sending canned items in a set of 12 to amazon fba? Im a newbie and I cant quite seem to find out how to package it so there wont be any problems. TIA:)
If you can get the bottom cardboard case with it then you can seran wrap or polybag them down into the box
They keep charging me manuel processing fees even though I am giving the box content information. And Amazon keeps avoiding it and telling me to add box content but I did. Idk what to do I have been using accelerlist and some comments say its send to amazon glitch :/ and they wont refund me
The new workflow is like 'trial by fire'. The old way has its own issues, but there isn't as many unnecessary steps. Oh well...here we go!😏
Write before you click to move to work flow I would click the drop down and click add to product. So my product was added to inventory and I got to skip doing all those “void workflow”

@@NikkiKirk the first product I added I let that one create the work flow the rest of them I would get all the way up until the next screen is the actual workflow that’s where I’d stop and add a whole other product. It’s stupid hopefully they fix it. I sat and thought “can’t wait for Nikki to make a video on this” lmaoooo
The new way sucks!! I have to restart the work flow a few times in order to get my shipping locations also have to restart it a few times to get packaging requirements 🤦🏽♂️
I Think I have the same problem it never lets me ship with the measurements that I have it always wants me to put in a huge box with ridiculous measurements and I have to restart it for five times plus I’m having trouble printing all my SKUs it doesn’t let me print or at least let me print some where before used to be able to print off so I have to print all my SKUs then create the workflow
@@louisvazquez1673 - oh, you just described my two main issues... the stupid cubic measurements that their system thinks you must have for those items in the box... another example of AI messing up the human condition of being able to properly measure a box 🤦♀️. Also, I’m running into the same issue with it not allowing me to print “all” labels - just the required ones, which in my opinion, is Amazon’s way of trying to get us to commingle inventory.

fells like what they want with the new workflow is only sellers sending in cases or pallets of one item. It's tedious for sellers that send in mostly one off items
