For me the most changing habit in my life came from a guy in Thailand. Everyday after you wake up, you meditate and make a „check in“ on yourself. You ask yourself what you want to achieve that day, you ask yourself what you’re grateful for, you ask yourself what you’re afraid of today, you ask yourself how you wanna treat yourself today+ you ask yourself about your current worries and dreams. Every evening before you go to bed you do a little „check out“ meditation. You ask yourself what you did good that day and what you have could’ve done better, you ask yourself which person or conversation you remember the most, you ask yourself how you’ve been mentally that day. I can tell you guys that this is a habit that I’m so excited for everyday. It brings so much control over your life and if you do it for like 2-3 weeks you will notice that you’re feeling better. Imagine that everyday of your life is like a flight with an airplane. You have to check in before you start and you have to check out when you landed. I hope somebody will try it out. I started with self-improvment in November 2022, but a started take it really seriously in may 2023, because of my heart surgery. Before the surgery, i was in self improvment because i wanted to make money from RUclips. But i decided to take it seriously, because i realised, that it will help my heart to work like a normal heart, and in general it will help me to become the best possible men. Here are my story from Adonis Gang about my heart and life after the surgery, that helped and impressed a lot of people: My name is Daniel. I’m right now 16 years old man on self improvement. And I’m fighting with my heart my whole life, and i will fight until my last day. I was born with a problematic heart. I have a problem with the Left ventricle of the heart (immobility of heart valve). I had 2 heart surgery and i’m going to have at least one. First one was when i was 5 years old. The second one was last year. The whole month, was really stressful. I behaved, like I’m going to die😅. I perfectly remember day before the surgery. How i was in the hospital, how they was doing some tests, etc. And i remember more perfectly days after the surgery. It was fucking nightmare. I couldn’t sleep for more than 1 hour. I didn’t eat for more than 15 hours. I was broken and tired as fuck. And i was in this position for 3 days. Couldn’t stand up. Couldn’t go to the toilet. Couldn’t normally sleep. Couldn’t do nothing. After 1 week in the hospital, i arrived home, and it was one of the best feelings in my entire life. I was so happy, that i can sleep peacefully, knowing that i am no longer in the hospital. But the main problem was, that i had a broken chest for 1 month, so i can’t sleep on my side. I started to go outside to meditate, and it was so fucking awesome. After that, i was in Estonia🇪🇪 for 10 days(Hello everyone, who’s from Tallin. Your city is beautiful😍) and i visited few cities in my country. From that point, my life goes only upside, and I’m right now really happy. I’m on self improvement for more than 1 year. I work on my business, which is not only the Skool community, but also the RUclips channel. I meditate everyday day for 60 minutes. I’m also a football coach, and few days ago, i got an offer to be a head coach of U7 team. Right now, i really love my life, and i’m going to love it more😍 I have my goals and dreams, like for example become a young rich entrepreneur, so i can retire, enjoy my life, and make a fuck ton of money with my passion, which is football. I built a great athlete body. Also, i am a day trader and investor, and i love it, so i hope i will make a big amount of money with it. I also believe, that one day, i will become the best football coach in the world, like for example Jürgen Klopp, or Pep Guardiola😍. I love my life so fucking much, even i didn’t reach my goals and dreams yet. I like to learn new things, so i believe, that i can become someone, that i will be proud about in the future💪 What i want to say, is that you can’t give up on your dreams, only because of the hard times. I’m going to have at least one surgery, but i’m ready for it, and i will never give up! I hope, i inspired you. Never give up, and remember this sentence, from the song Dreamer by Sunrise Avenue: Once you a dreamer, you always a dreamer⭐
The most important pieces of content that i have ever watched was the first video of you that i watched and it was on how to build an aesthetic physique.
sup bro, can i gen insight of why? I always had the mindset that the planning should never be too long since it will make you second guess yourself and so on.
Planning is essential. If you second guess yourself it's not a problem of planning but a lack of mental toughness. If you begin something new, just go and don't care of planning, but for mastery of that habit and to be faster you must plan your activities, your rest, and especially do a lot of research
One of my massive takeaways for self improvement: Video journaling. documenting yourself via video can help understand your old way of thinking, the way you used to look, your cadence and the way you speak. Yourself 5 years from now will THANK YOU
You once told us to show happiness to the loved ones, to your family. I've been hugging my dad and kissing my mum every morning after deep-studying and them waking up. I've been preparing breakfast for everybody. Starting the day this way, with positivity, love, determination, discipline, is what has made every day the best day of my life. Thank you.
The video that helped me the most in my self improvement journey was Hamzas aesthetic body guide. It gave me hope and inspiration to start something new.
I think one of the most important self-improvement tip I’ve learned is meditating. From meditating to not meditating for months off and on. You really notice mindfulness. Where when I meditate consistently I feel more aware and appreciative. When I stopped meditating for a few months I notice a haze in my head, things stress me more, and I’m more pessimistic. I’ll tell anyone that meditation is invaluable if you want to improve your life.
i think the most valuable piece of education that i got was from your youtube video called "7 ways to stop giving a fuck", at the start of my journey (september 2022) i was crying for girls, always crying when they left me and being sad thinking about them, that is one of the first videos that i saw and with other videos it helped me to stop caring about these futile stuff. now i got way better, i am stronger, i am almost 80kgs and i started to try creatine 2 weeks ago, i also got a girlfriend who is way better than all the other girls i got before (they were almost all fat and none of them did something about it, my girl instead is on a diet and i am really proud of her, we are trying to get better together).
The video that inspired me was Hamzas full guide to being a teenager, it gave me a whole new look onto life and fun. Some people might think you fallen down hamza, but I know your still helping people and promoting a better was of life, better than the other gurus around.
The most important video I saw in regards to self improvement is a reposted clip of Hamza on TikTok in September 2022 talking about quitting “bad habits”, this had gotten me to check out his RUclips channel and ultimately improve my self and to dopamine detox.
A quote I read in a book: "You don't decide who you become. You decide what you do, and what you do decides who you become." Basically meaning your actions are the main key factor in becoming the person you become. The things you do in repetition create who you are or want to be.
The biggest thing I’ve learned is to not be a drifter, think for yourself, no matter who tells you something always think for yourself. And read the book “outwitting the devil” to learn what a drifter is and how to overcome temptations.
You are the creator of your reality, almost every book just teaches you how to become powerful enough to CREATE your reality and build your life. with your thoughts and beliefs you create your reality, you control your own dynamic, and the aim of life is to become better at doing this and expressing your truest gift. because there will never be a genetic mix of you in history ever again. understand this: we are all different in our unique ways and yet we all connect to each other deeply. your job is to create your OWN UNIQUE reality and find a way to give your gift i to the world. im 17 and this is one of the most important things i have learnt so far
The most important self improvement tip that i have : Don t overcomplicate things, don t stand there being scared of taking actions cause ur wasting ur energy being scared of something that hasn t even happened yet, in reality nobody gives a fk about what u are doing So go out there, do what u think is right no matter what other people think, they will NEVER try to do something hard in their life, don t be like them
My biggest step in self-improvment was starting of my morning with no phone and doing some productive stuff. Really helped me feeling fullfilled the rest of the day and doing some productive stuff.
I've learned myself that shorts will pretty much ruin any channel if you don't post long form along it. For me I started posting a lot of garbage shorts, that gained me hundreds of subs and tens of thousands of views, but I realized that my long form vids started slowly falling off from 1k-2k views a vid, to 50-120 views a vid and sometimes even lower. It's ok to post shorts, but if you aren't a shorts channel, also post long form, so your long form will keep up with your shorts and at the end off the day get extra views for free
I have a copy of this book owned by my dad lying in my bedroom, I read the preface while I was bored. Is it worth reading, as a college student who doesn't make any money rn and doesn't plan to make any money until I graduate?
The most important lesson I've learned on my self improvement journey was simply that: to keep learning. I had neglected that for a while (and no wonder my life and overall results plummeted). You got me on to self improvement initially. I fell off. Time to get back on it. (The value in this video is off the charts). Thank you.
The greatest piece of advice I got was the one that i found on your paid community on how to actually make a product that can help a certain type of people , and I'm just starting making like diets and gym schedules for my friends , but that's only the beginning, I will become better and I will overcome every obstacles in my life and i will help so much people improving their physique.

Honestly, the most important self improvement lesson I've gotten is from the book how to make friends and influence people. I owe it to Hamza that he even brought up the book. Keep on striving men.
Personally, I grew a lot in self-improvement. I have matured, but the biggest thing I am grateful for is to start watching videos like this. Thank you for helping us
Started my self-improvement journey in the beggining of 2022 with going to the gym due to me being a fucking twig. In the end of 2022 I came across Hamza's videos about talking to women because that's what was recommended to me at a time. Your advice on how to manage a relationship with women really helped so I persevered and took the action steps from your other videos. I'm so grateful to you because I consider you my father figure (my biological father broke up with my mother when I was 7 and still doesn't contact me). I am so inspired by your videos that I set a goal to get out of Ukraine, reach 10k$ a month, contact you and travel with you in a 2 years period (for the time there's a war in Ukraine men aren't allowed to leave the country, so you gotta give a huge bribe to get out, and my age is 18 so I can't move out freely anymore). Hope you read this and become more fulfilled of young men changing their lives. Do the hard work, especially when you don't feel like it❤
My biggest piece of advice I learned from you hamza. Meditate. This habit alone is so valuable because it helps you on so many levels. In an age where everyone cannot cope without constant stimulation the ability to sit in quiet with no distractions is so powerful. It improves your ability to focus on the most important tasks, it improves your mental clarity so you can understand yourself and discover what you truly want, and it allows you to develop a sense of calm in a world full of stress.
Ive only done self improvement for 3 months, however I found your advice, particularly your mental health and meditation advice, to be great, and I thank you for that
Hello hamza, I just wanted to say that I’m really happy for you that you changed your mind and that you're creating a new hamza, I was following you back then, but I started to see that you’ve changed a lot and that you're not funny in your videos anymore, you were not that guy so happy to be on self improvement, I would say you were obsessed over money like you said in many of your recent videos. But bro, what a goat that you are, understanding that you were going in the wrong direction and that the most important thing is to always learn and be happy man. I’m so happy that I see you smiling through your vids and being open minded like you were back in the day. You’ve improved a lot my life through your advices, thank you for that and I’m with you, in this self improvement journey.

I think the most valuable piece of education i had since i started my self improvement journey is when i first saw your channel and actually watched your videos which brought me a lot of useful knowledge that i wish i knew earlier
I'd say the most valuable piece of information that I learnt was one from the very first hamza video I've ever seen. And that is to do the hard work, especially when yo don't feel like it.
My biggest step was to accept my mistakes and realise that everybody makes mistakes. Another one was to understand the dicotomy of control where we focus on things that are in our control. It took courage for me to praise my family and especially my mom for her hardwork as she is single mother. It has been 3 years to my journey and most of my time went in different kinds of realisations but thats the beauty of this journey. Thanks hamza for again making me realise a lot of things which i needed.
My biggest step on self improvement was risking my life over and over again climbing dangerous mountains & swimming across lakes. Running endless miles & training relentlessly. It showed me that I can transform the pain of my past into something which I can be proud of. Suffering & Pain tought me more lessons then Happiness & Peace. I am still on my path and a student in all realms of life but through self improvement I found a way out of my own misery. Hamza you played a huge part in my journey and made me realize a lot of things which I could have never realized myself. You are like the Big brother a lot of us never had. ❤
The cliche so to speak advice would be continuing to watch your videos, as they snowballed into further development. I am struggling right now with the actionable steps and actually doing more towards my goals, I feel that I sometimes can slack and prefer to rest and watch something semi educational over actual educational content and developing myself. Don’t get me wrong, confidence is at its peak, gains are showing, I’m training Muay Thai, so I’m proud of myself for that and I thank my younger self for embedding this as a part of me, not just something I do, but there is of course more room to grow, always will be. I will be making more notes on the things I learn - your actionable step at the end gave me some food for thought, and whilst I have obtained a lot of knowledge from books and other sources, I can’t always recall it. Wishing all the best to anyone reading this, don’t quit, you will eventually push through the rut and any hardship you come across. - AK

The most important thing I learned (from hamza videos) was meditation and the affects of it. Also, another great piece of advice that really changed my way of thinking (also in a hamza video, but I also read about it in 12 rules for life/stoicism books) was that the masculine core is order, the core can’t be troubled or bothered. Everything around it is like a big storm, moving and screaming, but deep down the core is strong abd stable.

I like to learn new things, so i believe, that i can become someone, that i will be proud about in the future💪
What i want to say, is that you can’t give up on your dreams, only because of the hard times. I’m going to have at least one surgery, but i’m ready for it, and i will never give up! I hope, i inspired you. Never give up, and remember this sentence, from the song Dreamer by Sunrise Avenue:
Once you a dreamer, you always a dreamer⭐
One of the most inspiring story I ever read on my comment scrolling time
That's proof that there are absolutely no excuses to grind because most of the times you're in easier situations than others. Respect brother
You got this Daniel!
@@Hamza97I scrolled through the comment during the video and found this gem.
W brother!!
The most important pieces of content that i have ever watched was the first video of you that i watched and it was on how to build an aesthetic physique.
The most important thing I’ve learnt in self improvement is to take the time to research and plan
sup bro, can i gen insight of why? I always had the mindset that the planning should never be too long since it will make you second guess yourself and so on.
Planning is essential. If you second guess yourself it's not a problem of planning but a lack of mental toughness. If you begin something new, just go and don't care of planning, but for mastery of that habit and to be faster you must plan your activities, your rest, and especially do a lot of research
Just be aware of analysis paralysis
"The only person responsible for where you are and where you are heading is no one but YOU Yourself!!"
One of my massive takeaways for self improvement:
Video journaling. documenting yourself via video can help understand your old way of thinking, the way you used to look, your cadence and the way you speak. Yourself 5 years from now will THANK YOU
I have fallen of self improvment but I am commited to make my life better again
You once told us to show happiness to the loved ones, to your family. I've been hugging my dad and kissing my mum every morning after deep-studying and them waking up. I've been preparing breakfast for everybody. Starting the day this way, with positivity, love, determination, discipline, is what has made every day the best day of my life. Thank you.
Brb gonna hug my mother too :)
Hamza full guide to discipline + willpower vids were huge for me
hey Hamza, just wanted to say thank from changing me entirely.I have improved so much because of you and again thank you so much.
That means a lot little bro thank you

The video that helped me the most in my self improvement journey was Hamzas aesthetic body guide. It gave me hope and inspiration to start something new.
Hamza should do a video on products he uses. What tooth paste, sunscreen, shampoo, soap, etc.
Yep
That's Jose's work
@mensteachingfashion
Watch on point fresh for that sort of stuff
No fluoride toothpaste, no sunscreen and shampoo, wash only with water, use natural handmade soap
your full guides was the best educational thing I have ever experienced.
I am 3:47 seconds into the video and I am stopping it right now and going to read a book till i fall asleep. Good night fellas
1 percent better everyday, keep moving forward.
Hamza was the one that got me into self improvement
4 eggs a day was the best advice from you
LMAO, facts though

“If not now, then when?”
Strongest life changing words I am grateful for ❤
The bigest step to self improvement was trying to become better, but actually i didn't knew how, and then i started watching your videos.
i think the most valuable piece of education that i got was from your youtube video called "7 ways to stop giving a fuck", at the start of my journey (september 2022) i was crying for girls, always crying when they left me and being sad thinking about them, that is one of the first videos that i saw and with other videos it helped me to stop caring about these futile stuff. now i got way better, i am stronger, i am almost 80kgs and i started to try creatine 2 weeks ago, i also got a girlfriend who is way better than all the other girls i got before (they were almost all fat and none of them did something about it, my girl instead is on a diet and i am really proud of her, we are trying to get better together).
Proud of you and your girl's progress brother 💪
All fat girls are the same smh
I can’t find the video, could you please be more specific?
@@MattyT200 thanks bro, it's actually my first comment here, i never comment anywhere ahaha
@@erikuhlin7856i wanted to send the link but it doesn't let me, sorry, the video's name is " 7ways to stop giving a F"
it has to be watching your videos Hamza, that opened up every single other lesson and step to self improvement I have ever made
Forever grateful
learning is a lifelong journey, so prepare to be lifelong student :)
The video that inspired me was Hamzas full guide to being a teenager, it gave me a whole new look onto life and fun.
Some people might think you fallen down hamza, but I know your still helping people and promoting a better was of life, better than the other gurus around.
Whether you put in the work or not, time will pass.
..., time will pass anyway. So why don't you?
Can u summarize the vid?
The most important video I saw in regards to self improvement is a reposted clip of Hamza on TikTok in September 2022 talking about quitting “bad habits”, this had gotten me to check out his RUclips channel and ultimately improve my self and to dopamine detox.
A quote I read in a book: "You don't decide who you become. You decide what you do, and what you do decides who you become."
Basically meaning your actions are the main key factor in becoming the person you become. The things you do in repetition create who you are or want to be.
Delayed gratification is what i have learned from your videos hamza ❤
That we all know what is needed to be done deep down. Yet we avoid it and distract our selves.
For me it definetly was learning about Mental Health and your full guide to it quite literally changed the way i feel throughout my day.
The biggest thing I’ve learned is to not be a drifter, think for yourself, no matter who tells you something always think for yourself.
And read the book “outwitting the devil” to learn what a drifter is and how to overcome temptations.
You are the creator of
your reality, almost every book just teaches you how to become powerful enough to CREATE your reality and build your life. with your thoughts and beliefs you create your reality, you control your own dynamic, and the aim of life is to become better at doing this and expressing your truest gift. because there will never be a genetic mix of you in history ever again.
understand this: we are all different in our unique ways and yet we all connect to each other deeply. your job is to create your OWN UNIQUE reality and find a way to give your gift i to the world.
im 17 and this is one of the most important things i have learnt so far
The most important self improvement tip that i have :
Don t overcomplicate things, don t stand there being scared of taking actions cause ur wasting ur energy being scared of something that hasn t even happened yet, in reality nobody gives a fk about what u are doing
So go out there, do what u think is right no matter what other people think, they will NEVER try to do something hard in their life, don t be like them
Fear is your best friend. It makes you take action. Learn to take the right action in those times. This is one of the best life lesson I've found.
"Just do it"
My biggest step in self-improvment was starting of my morning with no phone and doing some productive stuff. Really helped me feeling fullfilled the rest of the day and doing some productive stuff.
Hamza bro you’ve got to go do something crazy. Cmon don’t let them predict you.

Hamza is my biggest step on self improvement
I've learned myself that shorts will pretty much ruin any channel if you don't post long form along it. For me I started posting a lot of garbage shorts, that gained me hundreds of subs and tens of thousands of views, but I realized that my long form vids started slowly falling off from 1k-2k views a vid, to 50-120 views a vid and sometimes even lower. It's ok to post shorts, but if you aren't a shorts channel, also post long form, so your long form will keep up with your shorts and at the end off the day get extra views for free
18:00 The psychology of Money
I have a copy of this book owned by my dad lying in my bedroom, I read the preface while I was bored. Is it worth reading, as a college student who doesn't make any money rn and doesn't plan to make any money until I graduate?
The most important lesson I've learned on my self improvement journey was simply that: to keep learning.
I had neglected that for a while (and no wonder my life and overall results plummeted).
You got me on to self improvement initially. I fell off.
Time to get back on it.
(The value in this video is off the charts).
Thank you.
Just watched the whole video 5 times over and I love it bro 🔥
It came out 1 minut ago ☠️

its been 5 minutes
You sent that 14m ago, the video has been up for 17m.
The best piece of advice I’ve been given is at the end of Hamza’s videos.
Do the hard work especially when you don’t feel like it
I caught you scrolling, scroll back up and do 10 pushups

The greatest piece of advice I got was the one that i found on your paid community on how to actually make a product that can help a certain type of people , and I'm just starting making like diets and gym schedules for my friends , but that's only the beginning, I will become better and I will overcome every obstacles in my life and i will help so much people improving their physique.

The best self improvement advice I’ve gotten is doing gratitude journaling. It really makes you appreciate everything you have compared to most of the world
Focus on the video. Bro
Yes bro
your videos, the best way I can describe it is that you showed me that there is another bath to life that is worth taking
Spit more facts brother! I've been watching your videos since 2022 and It woke me up to go and reflect what I am 100% capable of in mastering and attaining my Goals. You get quality life if you do have the right thoughts and decisions. Thanks brother❤🇵🇭
Charlie Morgan business advice is gas. First principles 💯
The reason why i got into self improvement and started my self improvement RUclips channel is you!! I’m grateful for you more than the word!!
THE WAY OF THE SUPERIOR MAN CHANGED MY LIFE , THANK YOU HAMZA.
"You are the product of the things you watch, the people you spend time with and information you take in, so choose wisely".

"You're not alone, whatever you're going through, even though people said to do the opposite or what experience you've been through."

What a video, he talks about learning and watching educational content instead of brain rotting. He motivates me like crazy.
My biggest step in self improvement was when Hamza made a video, talking about social media. I Deleted it and everything changed.
Your Jeffrey Adonis video's gave me the drive and motivation to take my first step in self improvement, these steps gave me balls to continue the path❤
Eating the frog , doing the hardest thing right after waking up, might be the best advice I have ever heard , forced me to wake up super early and , improve towards my goals in the first hour of my days , give you momentum for the rest of it and , you juste feel great for the rest of the day
I think the most valuable piece of education i had since i started my self improvement journey is when i first saw your channel and actually watched your videos which brought me a lot of useful knowledge that i wish i knew earlier

David Goggins book, Cant hurt me really helped me. I now dig deeper and stick to the stuff i say im gonna do
The most important thing I learned (from hamza videos) was meditation and the affects of it.
Hamza full masculinity guide that's my best educational content
hey hamza not goona lie you help me be mentally and emotionally get strong and it was your video when i was at class 11 year 2022 that made me think that i should be now starting a journey in self improvement. love you brother
My biggest step in self improvement was seeing your videos on the algoritm and the first one that I saw, I knew You were right and teaching the right thing, Love You Brotha
I have been slaking off from like past 2-3 months from self improvement i have been pleasuring myslef almost everyday by mindless content and video games sometimes even though i dont like to play them but now i swear to god im gonna make a comeback with my utmost effort thanks hamza
The video that helped me the most in my self-improvement journey was Hamza's Full Discipline and Willpower guide 💪
